We had a wonderful experience at this location, especially with Josie. We had a little mixup on the sizing of the unit we’d originally seen and the unit we were moving into that day. Well, Josie came in and saved the day by ensuring that we received a unit in the right size and in a great location in the facility. She even made sure we were accurately charged, even getting us a partial refund. She was warm and personable with us and our daughter, she physically helped us move our belongings to the new unit, and she maintained the utmost professionalism. If you’re looking for somewhere to store whatever you may need, make sure you come here and ask for Josie! She will take care of you and make you feel comfortable in what could be a stressful time, that is sometimes associated with needing extra space to store your belongings. I've been a customer with Extra Space Storage for a couple years now. Their service is impeccable. They are readily available by phone and email to answer any questions I have, as I often travel a lot and entrust my belongings to the space while my life has been somewhat nomadic.

The service provided from the front of desk to even helping me manage my cube has been stellar. They are attentive and prompt. They handle my property and its safety with the utmost care. Of course, there are many choices for a storage facility in Brooklyn, however, this has been the best, because they go the EXTRA mile always.

Really incredible customer service. After I called the central line, I was directed there to get the best deal. Everyone there was happy, friendly, and very eager to help. I was informed of everything, shown a unit, told of all deals and options, and even got to observe someone in training, which was transparent and clear. They have the first month free, which really can't be beat.

Just had an awesome experience signing up with ExtraSpace in Gowanus. Tamara and Daria were both so helpful and friendly, making my experience with Manhattan mini seem like a distant nightmare. Using the van was straightforward and convenient and the unit itself was easy to access, with wide hallways and wide garage-like doors. Moving things in the city is so stressful and the team at ExtraSpace is totally on your side. Thanks so much!
