Jay, the young associate who assisted me was not good, he was awesome.and he SOLD me over the phone. He was cordial and extremely informative and from a customer service perspective, he gave a lesson on how to engage a potential customer - into a now turned member! This experience was truly easy and outstanding - 5 stars. And one last comment, Dan Caruso, on-site manager was the icing on the cake, a professional asset befitting a high caliber facility such as the one here in Port Washington. There is a reason there are no units left!
