Extra Space Storage, Bronx NY

I had a wonderful experience at extra space today. Jamie was a great help. Funny too lol. The time and dedication she took with me to help me find a storage room showed me how much she cares for all her customers. All the staff are very helpful and very friendly

Jamie was a pleasure to deal with regarding the tedious task of storage! Sometimes these interactions can be less than enjoyable. Instead our experience with Jamie was entirely professional, courteous, and helpful. She is ridiculously organized which gave us confidence in having our personal possessions under her supervision of the property. Jamie also remembered our previous conversations and concerns. She pointed out how the different storage locker sizes might benefit our needs best for an upcoming move and home renovation. Thank you for having an exceptional person in this position. Don’t let her go anywhere. She’s great!

It was a great price for the space I needed. The staff were super nice and had answers to all my questions. I am hopeful that while I'm a client, that I have nothing negative to say about my experience there renting my storage.

First time renting a storage unit so I walked in with my nephew, Spencer greeted me and my nephew, walked up to the counter Spencer checked me in, he explained everything to us about the uint and showed us how access the facility, he also helped us picking a lock, walked us to the unit, Spencer is super friendly, great energy, I had a GREAT Experience thanks to him

Came today to see your room and to rent a room Christin provided excellent customer service efficient and professional keeper need to bring more like her

I came with a friend and wasn't going to get storage but looking at the place and people I will be back for a small locker great place.

Rented here awhile back and moved out of state came back today and Jamie and Spencer both answered my questions will be back in two weeks.

I have rented storage spaces from many different locations and had good service but today I had the most incredible associate in this storage facility. Christine went above and beyond in assisting me and my wife. Let me explain, my wife and I were leaving to Florida early in the morning on 12/12/21, we were at the storage facility the night before doing some last minute re arrangements at our storage unit, we were running late, the storage facility closes at 7pm, my wife misplaced her wallet, she did not know were it fell, we just knew it was in the storage unit. Most storage facility when they are closed there is no one there. Not only was Christine still there she gave us access to our unit until we found the wallet that fell between some boxes. Christine you went above and beyond and we thank you dearly

I would not recommend this facility at all. I signed up with a representative over the phone who deliberately misled me to believe that they would provide a rental truck or van credit of $50. Turns out, they will only provide the credit in the amount of your monthly bill, which doesn't cover the cost of moving my stuff to the location. Even the manager admitted she wished the sales reps would stop doing that, so clearly I am not the first person they've misled. He also lied about the height of the unit above ground, assuring me that it was no more than 5 to 6 feet. It turned out to be about 10 to 11 feet above ground and a moving ladder is essential to be able to store my stuff. Unfortunately, it was late afternoon by the time I got there otherwise I would never have moved in. I emailed her the receipt so that she can apply the credit to my account, as she instructed me to do, but I have not received a response after 7 days. If it were possible to rate this facility zero starts, I would.

Don’t bring ur stuff here someone broke into my unit from the ceiling and took some items that were very expensive. The solution at the time when I notice, was for me to move to another unit so they don’t come back and start a claim.but the opening was stilll open.no one on the facility to close the opening temporarily.

Amazing service, very fast and professional, always find ways to look out for their customers. Recommend to all who’s looking to get their storage safe and secure.

Spencer was very nice and welcoming. Totally different experience than the one I received at other storages. Everything was done very quickly as well

Tonya and Christine were extremely helpful and made the process easy. They helped with picking out the correct size storage that I needed and provide assistance with a few dollys to carry my belongings.

I called in for more information on any available units and had the pleasure of speaking to Patricia. She was very professional and knowledgable about her work site and what it has to offer. Her customer service is exceptional, if you ever need information on units definitely recommend Patricia. Patricia if you see this, it was a pleasure talking to you and thank you for your help!
