Exxon / Mobil, Jamestown NY

While traveling on the road, this is one of the places that I visit to stop and get some things that I need or do use the bathroom. The store is clean and the bathrooms are clean. They have a pretty good range of what is needed, some thing for everyone, hot foods and packaged. They also have a soda machine that offers ice, which I use as I like my drinks cold. It is connected to a McDonald’s, so if you’re looking for fast food, that is also available. The staff is pretty friendly, if you choose to interact with them. But if you just want to go in and use the bathroom that’s fine as well!

Cashier was personable and friendly, he didn't seem miserable like most cashiers at a gas station.

I needed to even know how to find where I had an appointment. They were able to explain to me very nicely the easiest way to get there.

Why was I charged 95.90 on my cash app when I paid at the pump and filled my tank for 47.00 it said?

Very nice and clean I like it cause mc Donald's was right next door plus the cashier was very nice and polite

They are always so helpful. I had a flat tire and they quickly fixed it in-between waiting on customers. They went beyond and even put the donut tire back in the trunk properly.

Well this place though it is simply a gas station and McDonald's is missing some pazzaz as they say I feel it should have something that screams and shouts and seems cool or funny all year round. The McDonald's portion side form two individuals is packed full of horrible customer service skills and unfriendly faces

Love the kid that works there I think he is a Patriots fan either way this fella makes my trips there something to look forward to.plus they sale KERO which is getting hard to find at 6 50.great joint good staff

Great local gas station. There is a McDonald’s and a convenient store in the plaza.

Get some fuel, food, and go.

New buildings, clean and feel safe around here. EV station is nearby. Decent place to gas up compared to previous stations before this one. I'd rather drive up here to fill the gas. Also, Mcdonald is right next to gas station if you want to order sandwich while gas is filling.

We went threw the drive threw at McDonald's an got hash browns an a coffee. I just had surgery done that day an needed something to eat.

Easy on/ easy off access from the highway. Good gasoline prices. The store was clean, brightly lit and well maintained.

The gas pumps play ads. I dont know if this is spreading but It's annoying and I hate it.
