Eye Openers really opened my eyes to how a business should treat their customers. So extremely accommodating in fixing a pair of sunglasses that I did not even purchase from them! Called one day and was able to have an appointment the next day! All employees were extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. If I ever need optical frames, this will 100% be the place I purchase them from.

Fantastic customer service! They jumped through hoops to help us only replace the ear piece of the frame, which has been chewed by a puppy, instead of up selling a whole new pair! High integrity, great products and excellent team!

When I first called, Kyle was friendly and able to accommodate my needs with a same day appointment to fix my glasses (that I didn't even get from this business) and Rich was kind enough to take the time and not only fix my glasses, but also reshape my frame which was bent. Any business that would go so far out of their way to help fix an item that was not even purchased from them to begin with, is the type of business I know will stand behind their glasses when I do purchase from them going forward!
