They just cater a different type of customers now. I started to get my glasses with them since their first store in 33 Mott Street, then I’ve been coming to this one since they opened. They do not take walk in customers and won’t accommodate you at all. Don’t come here if you are self pay and not using a health insurance because there’s a lot more options and better pricing elsewhere. This company has growth over the years, it’s hard for them to retain old customers. Seriously, I had to wait over a month for an eye exam to get my contacts? !

Some will experience heartaches inevitably however fortunately it’ll revise our visual acuity prowess. What didn’t work out for us absolutely worked out for us.

Walked in for a glasses prescription exam and was told the next available appointment would be in a month so I walked five blocks and got my exam done at another spot lol. Also pro-tip just buy whatever you need online (upload prescription) and guaranteed to save $50-100.

Low quality glasses and terrible customer service. Blatantly rude and disrespectful. Definitely never wasting my time/money here again and taking my business somewhere else.
