Eyemart express in Henrietta NY is a great place to Get your exam and glasses! Everyone was so nice and helpful

ALL the staff was kind and pleasant! My eye exam was good my Dr explained everything and I felt taken care of! I got my glasses in less than 30mins. They text you when they are ready. I Highly recommend Eyemart Express!

I took my young son to Eyemart looking for a better frame selection than his routine specialist has. We were greeted by friendly staff, and my picky son found several frames he loved right away. The selection is very good on comparison to other retailers in our area. As we were ready to checkout, we were told about a back to school deal that allowed us to get two complete pairs of glasses for under $200 WITHOUT insurance. Honestly, I paid more for one pair WITH insurance last year. Then, if things couldn’t get better, they did. I was told both pairs of glasses would be done in an hour…what? ! Sure enough, 43 minutes later we got the text that they were ready to go. I would highly recommend Eyemart, for selection, convenience, and friendly staff.

This was my first trip to EyeMart Express. I thought the selection was extensive and fairly priced. Customer service people were friendly, professional, and helped me choose glasses that looked great on me. Very pleased with my visit.

I would highly recommend EyemartExpress to my family and friends. All the staff were professional, helpful, pleasant, and friendly. They have a wide variety of frames in all price ranges. Since I am not the most decisive person in the world, everyone helped me narrow down my choices. They were all very patient with me until I reached the perfect frames for me. Especially helpful and so friendly were Kinaani, Danielle, Diantha, Carl and Nina. Thanks to all for your help. Added bonus; my 2 pairs of glasses were finished in about an hour or so. I love them.

2023 Update…. They are still just as amazing at this store……. NINA you are the BEST! Don’t go anywhere else, this is a great place to get eye exam (DR. Is wonderful!) and eyeglass prescription…. Love this place!

EXCEPTIONAL! Paying less does not mean less service with this eye mart location! I have a somewhat uncommon eye issue, that I have had trouble my whole life getting the correct presciption for. So, as always I was apprehensive about going to eye mart, however, I found that there was NO need for concern! Dr. Rashida Clarke was AMAZING! She was truly interested in what I had to say and all my concerns. She was the BEST eye Dr. I have ever had! (and I have been to some very expensive eye DR.s) Dr. Clarke got my eye prescription perfect! However, it didn't end there, I proceeded to go over to pick out frames and met Todd Klaric (Genereal Manager). He was the most accommodating, FRIENDLY, helpful person ever! I could tell he was truly interested in helping me to have the best service and experience possible and he succeeded! He went ABOVE and BEYOND just "good" customer service! I cannot say enough about the team at Henrietta Eyemart Express and I have absolutely NO complaints! I am now a lifetime customer and have already highly recommended this location to friends and family! If you need eye care, this is the place to go! Thank you Todd Klaric, Dr. Clarke & your team for helping me to see clearly again:) Keep up the great work!

Always an easy and great experience here. Great people, glasses for every price range. I don't have insurance, but still got 2 pair and eye exam cheaper than family members have gotten one pair WITH insurance.sign up for their amazing coupons! And start to finish with EVERYTHING was under 3 hours and I'm home with 2 pair of glasses

My experience at Eyemart Express was great, Dr. Jemetz took the time with me and prescribed the proper prescription for my normal and computer classes. I am very satisfied with the quality of the lenses and glasses and the price that I paid for the whole package thank you very much for your great service
