I just wanted to thank Dr. Wallia and his whole team for taking care of my daughter the way that they did. I have gone 4 different pediatric ophthalmologist, and no one since she was four years old. She’s now 11 no one ever realized. He was able to recognize the problem Within minutes of checking her eyes. I also want to thank the whole staff specially Zachary for his kindnesses and knowledge about everything in the store. So professional and they help our community and everything they can from sponsoring a little leagues to donating free exams for those who need it they are truly a blessing to have in this town.

Dr Jag is the first optician to actually diagnose and treat my eye issue so I no longer have to deal with eye related headaches. The team is fabulous and when I lost my glasses, which I need to work, they got a replacement with 48 hours. Thank you very much!

I walked in to get a check up when Dr Jag said I needed to go to my doctor He felt that I had diabetes and he was correct. After a few weeks I returned and got myself a spectacular pair of glasses. What great service and I recommend Dr Jag and his employees they are great.

They have a standard charge of $49 off the bat. Also informed that my exam would cost an additional $175 out of pocket. This was after confirming that my insurance would cover it after providing insurance info via the phone. Very frustrating to find out after taking the time to go to the office under false pretenses.

I appreciate the apology, though it feels backhanded as it places ALL the blame squarely on my shoulders.
-Something that is strongly recommended should never be a required fee for a patient. I believe that I should have the option to decline. I'm no expert in how much medical equipment costs - but mandating a $49 charge for every customer to cover something that every customer does not request does not seem right to me. Although I was willing to pay it. I left after being notified of the additional $175 fee.
-I wanted to come in to replace the glasses I had purchased at your office a few years ago, the contacts were a secondary concern. I had a great initial experience, this visit was shockingly bad.
-I will take some responsibility for not researching what conditions require better insurance and additional out of pocket expenses. I will do that research myself in the future. Though I do wish that the staff were properly guided to ask qualifying questions.
-My disappointment is not directed towards the wrong party. I had given all my information on the phone and was informed that my insurance would cover what I required.

Came here after my son was misdiagnosed by an ophthalmologist & sent home with reading glasses. Dr. Jag was able to pinpoint the issue and find the right prescription for my son. Now the whole family gets our glasses here! It is clear that Dr. Jag truly loves what he does. He goes above and beyond, taking time to understand his patients needs with genuine warmth and respect. The whole staff is a pleasure to work with. They are obviously happy employees!

Doctor Jag and his staff are some of the nicest people in business. Knowledgeable exam, with all explained in detail. I always get the best glasses as he has a solid inventory - with a quick turnaround time. He totally treats his customer's like family and it shows!
