Worth a visit!

In my 15 years of wearing glasses, I never had an optometrist PATIENTLY spend so much time with me to find the right pair of glasses AND make sure they FIT AND make sure we picked the right strength of lenses for my everyday use case (to reduce eye strain).

They are passionate and professional. The first few times I came here. They adjusted my old pair of glasses not from here for free.

Note: Do expect to spend a sizable chunk of time here especially if it’s a busy. It takes time to make sure everything is done right! Try to come during the day and not in a weekend.

My boyfriend ordered lens there. They promised to deliver them in a week, but after more than two weeks and him calling there multiple times, they still can’t produce the lens.

Terrible terrible terrible. I went there last monday for a pair of glasses. They told me to wait for 1-2 weeks for a pick up. It’s been a week and i just got a phone call telling me that my insurance doesn’t cover the glasses that i picked. I pointed out that it was from the drawer employee showed me and it is 100% their mistake. They keep telling me “no but your insurance doesnt cover that one, come back again in person to pick another pair”. No apologizes, bad attitude, no x given to my time wasted and glasses getting delayed. I had to cancel my order. So much time and energy wasted. Ugh: (

Very satisfied experience here! When I walked into the store, I thought they had a very nice environment. The sales staff inside are also very enthusiastic, they will ask about my needs and help me do eye test. You don't have to wait too long to get the glasses, just a few days. I think the ones I got are very clear and fit my eyes, I love my new glasses.

I got my most recent pair of glasses from this optician. When I first came in, the clerk was very patient with me. She gave me a lot of advice on how to choose my frames and helped me choose glasses that fit my style from my personal point of view. The second time I went in, the optometrist checked my eyes very carefully and the other clerks also had the expertise to explain the advantages and disadvantages of different lenses. All in all, it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

HOT PICK optometry office and glasses store within Flushing Area. I passed by Eyeview Optical few times when I was on my way to work, and was attracted by the interior decoration. I have a chance today to walk into the store, and also plan to get a new pair of glasses. Staffs were a bit busy. But a girl walk to me soon and ask how she can assist me with anything today. She's so friendly and gentle. I think her name is Wayne or Winnie. However, I told her my prescription is high, about -7.00 for both eye with -1.00 astigmatism. I thought I will have really few selections due to my poor prescription. I guess she's a pro, she provides me with varieties of frame selections and lens choice. I am extremally satisfied with her service. And she has a very stylish taste, the frames she picked for me were hit me on the right spot. Although, I didn't get a new pair today, because I want to make some comparisons. But highly likely I will back to this store, and definitely will recommend this place to all my friends.
