EZ Wash Laundromat, Whitesboro NY

Other than there being no laundry detergent in dispenser and several machines out of order it was ok. No assistant on duty. Got the job done

Was prob a good laundromat back in day but run down holes in walls missing ceiling tiles mold/mildew in the detergent dispensers and mold on the inside of the washer doors and floors are dirty and dryers don’t seem to clean either. Only good side that made me want to try here was the app electronic machines

Used to be nice place to wash and dry but lately half of his dryiers dont work and most that do work something is wrong with them they almost burned my clothes on 60 min or they work but wont take coins he needs to upgrade his machines and if u call to complain about machine taking your money they never pick up or call back

Machines could use some TLC. Their dryers are marked "top broke, bottom works" and vise versa. I lost quarters placing my bet on the one with no signs worked. WRONG. So add to their list of TLC I guess. One bright spot and why a 2 star is it is clean. I will give them that.

Great to have a LM nearby. Had to go here due to a failure of my dryer belt, and I found it very convenient. I used the "PayRange" app for payment and had no problems.
The area was clean, warm and dry. There were some clothes that had been left behind along with clothes baskets, so along with the excellent lighting I can assume that it is safe too.

Not a bad place. Quiet, not in a bad neighborhood. One of the washers didn't work (I didn't see the sign) the owner happened to be there and apologized up and down because I had to move my clothes. Not an inconvenience at all. After all, I was the one who missed the sign. Just showed that he cared and appreciated his customers

Alot of washers and dryers are out of order. The staff is pretty rude, and they take up as many washers and dryers as they can to complete their orders.

Great people, It is a great place to do laundry. Big loads or small. The owner is very nice. Clean and quiet. You can pay for them to wash, dry and fold your laundry if you drop it off. Tuesdays and Fridays are best.

Lost almost 6.00 dollars in unmarked broken machine, called contact number several times for this purpose - always busy, left note in suggestion box and a week later still haven't heard from them. Never go back.
