Came in as a new patient for annual check up, short wait time on the Thursday I was there. PA Lewis and RN were professional, easy to talk with, and had great bedside manners. They explained everything they were going to do which I really appreciate. I didn’t feel rushed at all and overall had a great experience. Will be coming back. Thank you for all that you do!

This place is a dump and I got an infection from dirty medical supplies. Some of them had mold on them. When I called they were rude to me and denied my claims.

We got our vaccines here today. The staff was professional, caring, and skilled. They got all 6 vaccines done in no time! A pleasant experience- thank you Ezra!

Obviously booking way too many people at the same time. Even if you make an appointment, anticipate a 3 hour wait. We left because you could easily contract covid before you even get vaccinated here. Indoor, no social distancing and pure craziness. $100 incentive is not worth it.

Worst service for vaccination. There were people lining up since 7: 30AM and two lines are formed. The worker did not inform til 9AM that there is only one line for walk in. People were skipped and numbers were being passed out. Some people that waited since 8AM can’t get a number because they were on the wrong line? Horrible management as a medical center and horrible staff attitude. Unbelievable.

Please note that if you have an appointment you can just walk to the front desk and get in to get your shot quicker! You don’t not have to wait in the long lines. The people who work there are the best and do their job to the best of their ability. The pictures you see of other reviews where there are long lines are for those that don’t have an appointment! If you are a WALK-IN you will have to wait in the long line unless you have an appointment! PLEASE REMEMBER THAT!

Very horrible experience. I will not recommend to go Ezra medical Center. People were lining up 7: 00AM and two lined were formed. The worker who is doorkeeper come and said only one line walk in. People skipped and rush to one line. He gave so called post it tickets and arguments with other peoples. Even he pushed someones. He verbally use bad words to Asian people who did not know English and front desk lady with big glass come out ripe of one old Chinese man tickets and said he will never get vaccine. Same thing she did with many walk-in customers and 2: 00PM she said we are not taking walk in patients. Ezra medical center must check their staffs who have bad behavior with patients and must hire well trained professional staffs. Specially front desk and door keeper. Who have no right to decide who will get the vaccine or who will not? EZRA medical center watch this situation. Thanks

Horrible place do not take your shots here. Front desk staff very rude and try to discourage you to take vaccine especially pregnant. When you call for hours no response or answers for any questions. Horrible place would not recommend for anything at all!

Hi, I'm working as HR @HamaspikHomeCare. I had never experienced such prompted and clear results from doctors office. I am amazed by your great employees that are always so forthcoming and helpful as possible! Especially I was last helped so kindly by Alicia A Browne that was going back and forth with me in regards to a patients medicals that I needed to have on time in order for her employment to remain active. Ezra you had proven to have the most amazing staff and helpful always!

The dental department is amazing. Very nice people. The front desk is amazing. But the doctor department is disgusting. I went and i asked them to give me a blood test and they told me that they don't want to give me i should go to another doctor. That is why I give them only 4 star. The vision is also very good and very kind. I went to the vision therapy there and it really changed my life its an amazing experience thank you very very very very much. Keep up your great work. Please change the doctor's office there it really bothers me that they didn't let me

Dr. Cassian Li was very unprofessional. He tried to tell me that I need to learn English. But i bet had I been his race he wouldn’t say that to me. He told me I was to old to have kids. He needs to better his bedside manners because he doesn’t have any, I was livid. Its already uncomfortable being in a vulnerable state and to be treated in such way is very disappointing: (

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
My family went here to get the first vaccine and now all four of them have covid! Very unclean, very unsafe! Everyone coughs and sneezes all over.

They exist solely as an insurance billing machine. They don't see patients, only victims.

They insist on blood tests and other unnecessary intrusive tests based on their profit motives and not in the interest of the person. A PA there just confirmed it with me today that they don't allow them to give refills on chronic prescriptions so that they can bring you in for tests and 'consultations' to increase profits.

Stay far away!

Possibly the worst medical clinic I've ever dealt with and I've dealt with a lot.
INCREDIBLY difficult to speak to a Dr.
Very difficult to get prescriptions.
I've gotten a two week runaround from nurse to nurse from one location to another to front desk to another front desk for one stupid prescription.
The two locations seem as if they don't talk to one another and if a Dr is not on location when you call said location it's as if he or she is on another planet and unreachable.
I'm waiting to get into another clinic, otherwise I would have left this place a long time ago.
