Came to get my cardamom bun fix. Pleasantly surprised by the saffron bun. I might even liked it more than the cardamom bun this time. The cardamom bun was a little stiff.

Delicious pastries. I’m a huge fan of cardamom (it’s my favorite spice), and the cardamom bun was so great, I went back the next day for another. I also tried the almond bun which was also really good. My friend’s matcha was not blended properly… so it was actually clumps of matcha powder in iced milk.

Nice little bakery, great ambient and one of the few places in NYC where you can get normal (non sweet) bread and sandwiches. The coffe is really good as well.

I've been to several branches of Fabrique back in Stockholm and I have to say the pastries they serve in NYC taste exactly the same. Delicious products and nice ambience make this location a must if you want a sweet and relaxing break in Chelsea

I am a baker and I fall in love with Fabrique. The cardamom buns hands down the best in the city- the cardamom grinds are very right-front and center. Try cardamom almond cream buns and you are up to a big surprise. I love how the buns is bien cuit and crispy on top. The almond cream portion is generous mixing with peppery cardamom. The saffron raisin buns are worth mentioning too, so aromatic. Lastly, the crispy bread is addictively yummy. Bravo! I

Service is just horrible. The blond lady is so ruff and seems annoyed at the simple request like heating up the sandwich. No water on site. Dirty tables.

Possibly the best cardamom bun in the city! I might've enjoyed the almond cardamom bun even more, considering it has the rich cardamom flavor plus yummy frangipane; only downside was it wasn't quite as soft as the regular cardamom bun.
Staff here were great and there was plenty of seating on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Amazing hot cocoa! I didn’t get to try a baked good but they all looked wonderful! Cozy space with lots of seating.

Their breads are great! The olive and cheese loaf is my favorite but the plain levain is a great staple. The cinnamon rolls are also a special treat. There is sometimes a long line on weekends, but worth the wait!

The cardamom bun is unforgettable. I ate pastries all over the world, and this one is among the best. It is rare to taste something so remarkable.

Tha bomb dot com. Absolutely fantastic for a quick and easy breakfast. The espresso is top. Also, the sandwiches are an amazing lunch deal. Sometimes they run out of tables inside around 8–9, which, y'know, normal.

I just want to say that I found this place on a whim (by walking by) and was instantly attracted to the crisp bread visible from outside. This stuff is amazing. I wish I lived in NYC I would be a regular customer. If they had online ordering, I would also be a regular. This place has a lot of amazing fresh baked goods and coffees. Check them out.

This is a nice neighborhood bakery that serves a good variety of coffees and breakfast bake products. Many of the locals come here for their morning Joe.
