I’m a returning patient, I’ve been coming to this location since I started college back in 2014 and I always have a the best experience at this location. The whole staff is super professional and always attentive to my needs and my mothers need.

If you goto this place, I highly highly recommend Dr. Marina Davydova, she is great and really takes the time to make her patients be well informed and comfortable.

Customer service is excellent! I've been buying glasses here for 10 years, they have a wide variety of brands and the ladies are always accommodating.

I have excellent customer service and the sale person I happen to deal with is so pleasant and patient. She take her time to explain and make sure you're comfortable with your glasses. Reyana is the best.

This was my very first time coming to FAB OPTICAL and the service was AMAZING. The young lady who helped me, took her time, and did not get frustrated. The staff are wonderful and i would definitely recommend my friends and family

The frames are amazing! A wide selection of brands make choosing the right frame hard (but doable of course). My glasses came within 7 business days, so it's quite a wait. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE. The ladies are rude, not sympathetic at all. They gossip about customers in front of other customers, very unprofessional.

Update 06/28/21:
My father had went to the place countless times but they had continuously turned him away, saying that there isn’t enough time to see him. It is extremely unprofessional. I have also noticed that they told us to walk-in; yet they do not have any organization for their walk-in and tell patients to leave even after they have waited for a long time. Why don’t they schedule appointments? Is it because of their inability to stay organized? I advise caution if you decide to come here.

I love fabulous optical i always come here with my family and friends, everyone is always nice and have the best deals.

Long story short I’m blind went in for some sunglasses with transition, After calling several people to confirm what I needed can be done I paid and left. I get a call back a week later letting me know it’s not possible and I can’t get my full refund back.

Unprofessional and rude staff. The doctor didn’t even greet me when I walked into the room. He had no mask on and looked sloppy like he didn’t even want to be there. Save your time and don’t even bother coming here.
