FACEGYM NoHo reviews
9Amazing experience! Note: entrance is on Broadway, not bond. Kiana was amazing and thorough. It was exactly what I was looking for in terms of pressure and technique. Loved the tools and products. Would recommend! Look forward to coming back.
Oh my god, they were fantastic! I came up from NY for a long weekend for a wedding and to see some friends but since I moved from NY, I was dying to come here to try the signature sculpt with face physio for my TMJ. It was amazing! From the initial time I called and spoke to someone who explained everything so well and recommended Manny. Manny was an absolute gem. So sweet and funny and my face feels SO good. I had no idea how tight and restricted my face was but it feels so good now. I live in Baltimore but I would literally come up once a month now just to do this. The front desk team and lovely as well. I loved my experience and can’t wait to see Manny again!
Nayla did an amazing job! This is exactly what my face/jaw needed. I have a puffy face and TMJ. I got the Signature Hands treatment. It left my skin glowing, tightened and relaxed. Immediately rebooked.
I do not recommend this place. I had an appointment and called to cancel as my child called sick from camp. They demonstrated No flexibility with their policy. I understand businesses have policies to follow, but poor judgement to not allow rescheduling to another date. Instead, they fully charged me for the visit -$200! Life happens and sometimes, a bit of empathy and flexibility will go a long way, long term. Poor choices= bad business. Stay away
I didn’t get the full value for the money spent on clean + lift procedure. If the session I had was supposed to be an hour but only lasted 45 minutes, that is concerning. Additionally, if a significant portion of that time was spent talking rather than receiving the intended service, that can certainly be frustrating.
If you are a woman who has used a retinol or takes any sort of oral acne medication - don't waste your time. I showed up with a group of 7 women, and turned away right at the time of the appointment. Did not tell us prior to arriving that we couldn't receive treatment. What woman in NYC is not using a retinol!
Showed up with a group of 7 girls to get a treatment. Turns out none of us could do it because we were either taking spironolactone or using a retinol. Kind of ridiculous that they do not disclose this when you are signing up so we all got turned down. We called weeks ahead to schedule this and talked to someone on the phone. No one said anything about the prep for the workout. They lost $700+ of business!
I didn’t find the experience worth the money. You can find other places that do a better job for the same cost. They try and up sell you a lot during the session. Also they put a lot of oil on your face at the end and it was just too much.
The experience was ok but not worth the money. Plus the sculpture workout was only 30min not 50min how is saying on the website…
