Absolute trash, they don't care about you, they'll take your money and run with it while you're stuck dealing with appliances that don't work, broken A/C, broken heating, rats running around the place, and an absurd amount of construction

This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH. Don't you DARE even THINK about living here. Applying to the place goes nicely no duh, they're trying to poach as many tenants as possible, but the second you submit your signed lease they drop OFF THE MAP. There is absolutely NO communication, NO answers to any emails, NO returned phone calls. If you call their office, they send you on a transfer carousel until you get a voicemail. Terrance was absolutely horrible to work with, him especially didn't return ANY of my emails, questions about the lease, about pretty basic stuff like picking up the keys and parking to the point where I didn't even know if I still had the apartment anymore. The apartments themselves are trash as well. The maintenance crew is nice, they're pretty responsive, but that's about the ONLY part of this that works as it should. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE, there is CONSTANT construction going around, NO cleanup, trucks driving over the grass and leaving massive mud pits, and the real kicker are the RATS. There are RATS everywhere, and if you can't see them, you can hear them scratching around IN YOUR WALLS. Absolutely disgusting place to live in. Also, Fairfield as a whole has a reputation for withholding security deposits, so DON'T TAKE THAT RISK. People have had to go through MASSIVE LAWSUITS just to get their deposits back, it's not worth it. Nothing in my life has ever been worth it to give this bad a review, but after living here people HAVE TO KNOW - spread the word my friends.

I would honestly give this place -10 stars. There has been zero communication between myself and the property manager or anyone for that matter. The owners of this property have made Terrance (amazing guy) the only person accessible to me if I have issues and they do not allow him to help with anything which he shouldn’t have to! I have emailed I have called left voicemails. And no one has gotten back to me for one problem.

The concept of work being done to an apartment is fine but to leave our building in absolute shambles on a weekly basis blows my mind. There’s wires coming out of our building. Wood, supplies, nails. Equipment lying around everywhere on our property. The people contracted to do the work here were confused when I asked them to clean off my patio after debris was falling from the roof. They start working at 730am which is fine but you don’t clean up after yourselves? It’s disgusting. I am paying an absurd amount of money to be unhappy and to not have any communication back regarding my issues.

My dog has no where to walk without there being supplies or wood anywhere on the grass. If it rains? !? ! Mud everywhere it’s absolutely ridiculous. This place looks like a call of duty war map. The only reason why I’d say stay here is if your tires get blown out by the massive speed bumps in front of the main building. But after get out.

Waste of money, waste of time and energy. Do not live here

Highly suggest not moving here. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone. I have written numerous complaints, emails left voicemails and have never heard back. I was told when moving in there would be “some” construction being done. There has been construction going on since February. They do not take care of the properties that are in the process of the exterior being remodeled. (Don’t mow the lawn, pick up trash etc) The construction workers leave nails, garbage and material everywhere. You would think they would clean up their trash after a days of work but they don’t and it is left everywhere. My dog has almost stepped on nails multiple times. There are random poles sticking out of the ground. For the amount of money rent is you would think they would take better care of the property or at least answer a call/ email. I am embarrassed to have people at my apartment because of the way the exterior looks. Terrance in the front office is the only good thing about this apartment complex. Save yourself the headache and don’t move here.

I highly recommend Fairfield Court yard at Lake grove. Everyone is very kind great comunity to live in everyone is so welcoming and kind. I signed my lease very fast a painless process thanks to Terrence. Fairfield is very quiet and everyone looks out for each other. They have Maintnence on property that are very kind and hard working making this place a great place to live it’s very clean and the courtyard and dog park is very well maintained. The dog park is a decent sizes most of the dogs here are friendly and want to play with each other. I am disabled and needed a first floor apt and handicap parking. Fairfield helped me in the process of getting a beautiful newly renovated apartment with nice carpet, wall-to-wall to vanity sink in the bathroom large size shower plenty of closet space in the kitchen has stainless steel appliances with dishwasher and refrigerator and gas stove under cabinet lighting as well as a terrace off the back of the apartment to be able to sit outside and enjoy with my service dog. I moved from Connecticut. From a small farm town, and I was kind of nervous about living in a more populated area. But now I am OK being in a safe neighborhood with great neighbors I give this place a five star, thank you Fairfield
