Fairfield Inn by Marriott New York JFK Airport, Queens NY

My only issue was the air condition unit kept making a loud noise, when it chipped in. Other than that, room/ bathroom was comfy and clean.
Also I don't think, customers should be charged for parking. Not when the vehicle is being parked on the same premises, just a few meters away If so, at a minimal cost.

I was blown away by the quality of my stay here. The room was stylishly updated and impeccably clean, and the staff could not have been any more friendly, helpful, or accommodating. The continental breakfast, free printing, and complimentary airport shuttle were much appreciated, as was the proximity to JFK. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable, clean rooms. While they were not very spacious they had all the amenities of a modern hotel. The staff were delightful and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again on a long layover.

It is pricy may be because of its close proximity to JFK, it is only a 5 minutes free bus shuttle ride. Staff is courteous but price is not. Rooms are okay equipped with all the usual stuff.

It was clean. The employees were friendly. The breakfast consisted of cereal, yogurt and bagels, coffee and juice.
I stayed one night, but would go back again.

This is a comfortable Smoke- Free hotel that is newly renovated and ideal for a short overnight or 2 day stay near the airport. The staff is phenomenal and the rooms are very clean, modern, simple and comfy. They offer a small continental breakfast buffet that starts at 6: 00 a.m, they have a bar, gym and computer/ printer station.

The poor reviews and the neighborhood really had me on the fence about my stay here. I decided to trust the majority of the positive recent reviews. I am a Mariott Bonvoy member so I have had my share of stays at the cousin properties of Fairfield. This stay matched my positive experience. I was able to check in 2 hours ahead of the 3: 00 pm check in time which was wonderful after an exhausting commute in New York City. I was able to rest comfortably on the 4th floor. 417 was a very nice room. This hotel property measured up to the Smoke Free standard. I did not ever smell 1 cigarette or any substance. My room was well ventilated, they use a nice fresh air freshener throughout the halls and the air conditioner unit was adequate. The new blue carpets are gorgeous, the bathrooms are stunning with the glass walk in showers. The bed was comfortable and foam pillows were o.k. The smart television allowed for person streaming from my private accounts which I love. Mini Fridge, safe and ironing board came in handy. My favorite part of the room is the wooden cubicle space to organize my personal items. Perfect upgrades to this property. The hospitality staff were all professional and helpful. Whatever I needed they delivered. Blanket, new iron. The male housekeeping staff was a nice gentleman and the woman working the continental breakfast as well. Jasmine at the front desk is exceptional and a professional!

I will admit the noise from the Conduit and Rockaway Blvd is aggravating however it was not that bad. The continental breakfast bar really needs work. I didn’t enjoy any of the items. Cold cereal, hot Oatmeal, apples, oranges, yogurt, microwave Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. I didn’t enjoy the coffee. If they can fix the options they will gain more favorable reviews.

The hotel was recently renovated and looks great. The room was nice, comfortable bed, great work space and a huge TV and a cool clock.

It was nice. I stayed there because i had to attend a funeral in that borough so it was for that one night. Nice and clean and what you would expect for this chain hotel for Queens County.

If you're ever there please do not leave anything behind and expect it to be returned housekeeping will keep any items found in the Room I left a very expensive item in the Room I called back 6 hours after I checked out and no one had any idea what happened to my property to this day I have not gotten a respond back from any manager and housekeeping or at the hotel I've left numerous messages for the manager and have not gotten a respond back

Its clean. Bit of a transient population in and around the location.
Definately felt welcomed by the staff. Not sure I would stop over this location again.

International guests taken care of by international staff. I love this hotel, not too big, plain, clean, newly renovated rooms, good sleeping king sized bed, great foam pillows, reasonable rates by NY standards, and it's staff so courteous.

Stayed here twice in 3 years, and intend to continue whenever I'm in Brooklyn.

Was glad to see it survived Covid-19.

I stayed on 19th June. Checked in the morning checked out around evening. Though i paid full amount before, they still took advance of $ 230 which supposed to be return with in 7 days and the same was not returned till date. Its almost 18 days.

Clean and comfortable but it will be nice when they reinstate their shuttle. Right now they're just calling Lyfts, and we watched two cancel our pickup at the airport before one guy finally stuck with it. Also, I support the legalization of weed, but I hate the smell of it. The hotel has a non-smoking policy but I smelled it the night we checked in and also in the morning. Breakfast is cold grab and go, as are so many at the moment. Otherwise, super clean and comfortable. Bryant at the front desk was particularly friendly.

The room was okay, the staff was nice, they organized us a taxi to the airport.
The halls had weed smell, breakfast was not really good.

Convenient location very near to JFK with shuttle service. Shops and eateries within walking distance Very clean and quiet. Perfect for layovers and longer stays. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

This is by far the worse Marriott I’ve stayed at. The staff is so unpleasant.the hotel is bossily like a cheap getto hotel. The room was probably for handicap with rails and bench, when taking a shower the entire bathroom floor gets wet, not forgetting those towels, they look like it’s been there for years, their no longer white and soft. I actually had to ask my friend for a towel since I refuse to use them. If you’re in a business trip DO NOT FORGET YOUR CHARGER, this place has no charging ports in rooms (2021).
