Elevator dances reggae. I hope it doesn’t injure people in no distant future.
Walied the kitchen guy is one of the people that made the stay pleasant. Very top guy

Great from Airport pick up to check out. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful.
The hotel location was near the airport and the Stadium.

The staff here is so nice. The room was actually better than the room at the Marriott Courtyard in Bryant Park, but the location isn't as good.

I've stayed at this hotel regularly for the past 10 years. 6-7 weeks ago they quoted the room at $197.00 per night, ended up billing my card over $300.00 per night and an additional day because I checked out a day early! Never again!
They were rude when confronted.
A new hotel has opened, Vovo Fiorelo- LaQuardia East. Friendly, priced the same, New rooms and restaurants on site.
I will never stay at the Fairfield in Flushing again!

After a late flight cancellation we were somewhat scrambling to find arrangements for a quick and clean sleep near LGA. Not only did this hotel offer that, but also offered a quick and free shuttle. The front desk was so kind and gave us a gift bag with chips and water upon check in, which was a nice touch!

The room was basic but clean, and the complementary breakfast was great, as was the free shuttle, saving us some unexpected additional costs for our extended trip.

Is this a fancy hotel? No, but it does the trick when you need it, and most importantly it is clean, basic and safe. Is it in a cool/scenic part of town? No, but it was perfect for a close location to LGA. The room was actually bigger than our Manhattan Courtyard hotel, and the Netflix was a welcome surprise.

Yes, you can hear planes, but you are also next to the airport, so I don’t understand how anyone would be upset about that. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a place to stay near LGA. Thank you Fairfield Flushing!

Staff was welcoming, professional, and kind, good amenities, close to a bus station and the transportation to the airport is very convenient. Hotel was very clean and welcoming overall.

Rooms were old. One elevator for all customers. Could hear the car and plain all night.

Staff was so nice. Breakfast was great!

Stayed here before our vacation and flying out of LaGuardia Airport. Staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast is like most other hotels. The hotel shuttle to the airport was easy and quick. While the rooms are on the small size, the elevator is a little slow, and you do hear planes landing and taking off, it's right near an airport and to me, expected. Though parking is also limited, our car was right on the street there for a week and there were no issues. Having the NYC police academy right across the street probably doesn't hurt for that. I would recommend this for anyone flying in and out of LaGuardia.

Had to have an unplanned layover at LaGuardia. Booked this with a few mins notice. Hotel was in a cruddy part of town. Rooms were old but ok. The lobby is almost nonexistent. Breakfast was bland but not awful.
The big issue was the proximity to the airport. We checked in at 2am as our flight into LaGuardia was delayed. We had a flight from JFK the next afternoon, so I thought we'd sleep in. This hotel is right next to a runway so at 6am we were awakened with the thunderous roar of jet engines.

Terrible experience all because I booked through my credit card. Got to LGA from my home state, reached the shuttle area and called the hotel only to be told that the room is not available because they have oversold the hotel for the night and are cancelling 3rd party reservations to accommodate others. The guy on the phone told us he cannot help us anymore, not even to rebook at a family property. We had a 14 month old with us and were basically hung out to dry.

These are not the kind of people you want to trust with your money, maybe not your life. Book rooms here at your own risk.

First off I think the rate I paid was a fantastic deal for summer time in New York.

We were able to have someone pick us up from the airport. I love that our shuttle driver called to confirm that he was on his way and where we should go to meet him. We got there early and we were able to drop off our luggage so we could go eat. The Q65 bus picks up right outside the hotel and will bring you into Chinatown where you can get something to eat or transfer to the 7 train to Manhattan. The transfer from bus to train is even free if you use your MetroCard or tap your card/phone to the scanner.

The actual facility seems smaller compared to other Marriott/Fairfield properties I've been to but you most likely are not in NY to stay in the hotel all day. The room is also smaller but still big enough that it doesn't feel cramped if you have a lot of people. It feels like it was some other hotel before and Marriott took it over. The TV is a pretty good size and also has a subscription to Showtime with TV shows and movies included free with your stay.

The beds were super comfortable. The area and atmosphere felt very safe and laid back. There's not much around the hotel other than the police academy.

Breakfast was really good. I like that they allow you to grab something to eat and you can take it to your room or take it outside the hotel. You're not confined to only eating in the breakfast area. I really liked the egg and ham sandwich, the sausage biscuit was also really good. They also have a bar where you can add toppings for your oatmeal and cereal. The waffle maker also made delicious waffles. There's a juice machine where you have a selection of different juices to pick from and an area for hot water/tea and coffee.

Overall I really enjoyed our time here. Very reasonable rate for what you get. It's close to the airport and they will pick you up and drop you off upon request. If you want to go to Manhattan it's a little bit of a commute but it's not too difficult. A very good comfy bed if you want a good night's rest before or after your flight.

Smaller room than anticipated. Looks like just being renovated from best western. The Internet was not functional for more than 24 hours and no one can do anything about this or have any update about what might happen. Will not book again.
