Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Midtown Manhattan/Penn Station reviews
6Nice hotel. It's convenient to Penn Station and the express trains. It makes life easy to get around the city when on business trips.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is newly remodeled and beautiful!
Adjacent to Moynahan Train Hall and 1 block from Madison Square Garden. We will definitely stay again!
Our experience was excellent the very friendly employees had a break with our flight and they did not hesitate to help us, especially Jennifer, the clean room, the breakfast very little muffin, coffee, yogurt and fruit. I recommend the very good location!
This was pleasant from start to finish, they held my bags for a few hours when I first arrived at monyihan, they gave me a call when my room was ready. Great city views with the upgraded room, customer service was nice and prompt the whole time. Only complaint that the corner mart they have was really pricey and no mini fridge in the rooms unfortunately. I was on the 19/22 floor.
Rooms are small but clean, nice location as you are only a few blocks from Times Square, the Empire State Building plus much more.
Loved my stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites! First off, their employees are the BEST, I arrived at the hotel around 12 and they let me check in early for no extra cost. The hotel is right next to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station which is really convenient for those who are traveling in the Amtrak and the Subway. Unfortunately, amenities like the rooftop are closed because of COVID. Every morning the hotel has a refrigerator with yogurts and orange juice that guests can eat. THINGS TO BE AWARE OF: Breakfast is small, the basic rooms have no refredirators (you can ask for one, but frankly there is not enough space in the hotel room), Housekeeping is only available every third day & the hotel is currently undergoing renovations (if you don't spend much time in the lobby it won't bother you at all). Overall, the location is great and the customer service was exceptional, would definitely stay again!
