13Only issue I had was the pillows were to baggy. I like firm pillows so the sleep was not as good as it could be.

Came back to this location and continues to be very good. Rooms continued to be clean. Staff friendly. Pool seems smaller now (or I've gotten bigger) and parking is ample.

At nights or early morning, you might see deer on the property (front or back) a bonus!
Gym, pool, computer area and self serve laundry.
Free parking and breakfast.
Good value and would come again.

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Convenient location, closed to restaurants and shops, and not too far from ski hills. Only disappointment is that there were only swimming pool but no hot tub.
Excellent stay and location for visiting St. Bonaventure. Rodney the General Manager was very welcoming and helpful in sorting out some future reservations. Thank you Rodney!
Stopped here during a cross country road trip, staff was friendly and room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING! Breakfast sandwiches, spinach and cheese quiche, scones in addition to all the usual fare
Very clean. The staff if very friendly- Kelly greeted us with a smile everytime we went by the front desk
The check in experience was simple and easy. The rooms were neat and the patio overall service was great.

The Fairfield Inns are usually really good. This one was nice, and a good place to stay, but seemed older, like it needs some renovation. While we were there, they were working on the parking lot, so maybe more renovations are in the works.
So our room was great staff we kind. But please someone come and either clean or change out the hall and elevator carpets.
Very nice and clean place and I am a germaphobe. Front desk personnel were very nice and accommodating. They had free WiFi and it wasn't slow like other places I have been. The pool was very nice but small which is no biggie unless you are with a huge crowd. They had a buffet breakfast in the morning. Waffles, eggs, toast, bacon, cereal, juices etc. Would definitely stay there again if need to.
The staff and manager are incredible! Super friendly, make you feel at home. If you need a quiet comfy place to stay this is it.
Great place. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. Beds were big and had plenty of pillows. Will be staying there again when in the area.
