Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square reviews
11Nice rooms with big comfortable beds, the location is great to explore Manhattan by foot. Breakfast was a little poor. But overall a great value for money
I have always been a frequent guest of this hotel.but my last visit to check out was a lady named Emily.it was informal and humiliating.a very rude way. I won't go back to that hotel for her.
Worst hotel you could stay at. The front desk workers are very rude. My room was very unacceptable and I still end up keeping the room because the hotel was apparently sold out. Then I left items in the room after checkout & housekeeping decides to steal it & say they can’t find it. I’m call corporate on this property for sure
For a lower budgeted hotel in Times Square, the rooms are decent size. The rooms are very clean as was the breakfast area. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from Times Square.
My stay was ok, It clear that Covid has had an effect on the hotel industry and customer service.
The hotel is great! Big room, and clean. You need to ask if you want them to clean it the night before. Breakfast is really good and we were surprised
Bagels, eggs, cheese and Starbucks coffee
Warmly suggested!
A good value for money.
Excellent location. The breakfast staff quite attentive. Emily's attention to my family at the front desk was vulgar and suburban. Very comfortable beds. There is no access to the roof top as they offer in the photos.
I usually like the hotel but I felt put off that they are enforcing covid vaccines. I'm not a fan and considering taking my business elsewhere. Other than that, they always have clean, sanitized accommodations. It was upsetting to think about that during my stay, kind of ruined it
Divine stay. By the end of my stay I felt like the staff were family ;) Highly recommended hotel. 5 star treatment. My family and I loved it.
My sister and I spent a week at this hotel. Location, hotel manager, front desk (especially Sonia), breakfast, the staff at breakfast
Bottom line: highly recommended!
