There is no follow through with any aspect of this shameful company. I have been waiting a year for my bathroom to be fixed. They give you the run around. They sure do want the rent on time but I will not pay another mnths rent until all repairs are done.

Fairfield is a crooked company. They're clearly dishonest, liars and cheats. They're practically immoral. Avoid them at all costs

Worse management ever. You can't make a complaint about their own employees clerical mistakes and unprofessional conducts. Fairfield epitomizes a modern day monopoly whose only goal is Money First and Money last. I reside in one of their many properties in west Babylon and if you want to know how terrible their reputation is then take a trip to the local post office and employees of the post office will inform you more about many tenants horror stories. Erica and Susan in billings truly represents the colorful sad vulture like manner in which this company operates. A company that has no single person or office that adhere to tenants/customers complain is virtually a greedy self centered money grab entity.

Worse management ever. Totally unresponsive from all areas of staff. Still trying to get my security deposit back 70 days later. Lease says supposed to be returned in 60 days. Called, emailed numerous times to zero satisfaction. Now have to contact attorney general office.

Update to below: It's now 7/11/19 and I moved out on 3/4/19.still no refund of my security deposit and no response to correspondence.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I moved into the Lake Grove Apartments who were sold to Fairfield the month I was moving out. I moved out on March 4th and still have not received my deposit back. It's 113 days and counting. I have filed a complaint with BBB and have a court date for small claims court in September. What a terrible way to do business. They are unresponsive other than saying it would be about 60 days.

Beware! And Be Aware! " Fancy" Slumlords. Kudos to the folks taking them to court! I am relocated far away from the island or would pursue just out of being disgusted with corporate crime against hardworking folks. Move out date, 5-28-19, no word almost two months later, not even a list of why they are keeping the deposit. I really didn't expect them to play fair, but I thought they had to follow at least the law. They've been horrible the whole year and half lease. From mold in closet and clothes, to mold in wall in bathroom, to remodel and breaking the blinds due to the drilling lowering the deck window frame. Never fixing that even after the remodel was over. It went on for many months, drilling, loud radios, nails in parking lot.debris.don't let the new look fool you to pay exorbitant price for a little cave to live in.you can do better. Had a lawyer pursue with photos, and a letter, no results. They basically lied. Luxury apts, false advertisement.you cannot close the bathroom door if you are on the toilet.no kidding its that small. Yes, I take responsibility for moving there, I was desperate at the time. But they went beyond slum lord mentality. They do not deliver any kind of decency or respect. The basement below was swamped most of the time after a rain, and continued to overflow a toilet they had down there. It blew out the water heater which put out boiling black water and hot hot steam from the faucet. We all called 911 and the fire dept. They are criminals and should be shut down, but I'm sure they're paying off whoever does that.

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Grounds were kept in an unpresentable manor. Playground area was riddled with graffiti and profound language. Drug deals constantly going on in the parking lot. I personally would highly advise looking into another rental property before moving into a fairfield property.

If your not Hasidic stay away from Cedarhurst. They’ll do all they could to get you out and management will side with them. So sad having to take such harassment when all you want is some peace and quiet. Never knew they are such sinners. I was warned by others not to live here but just ignored them. I was soo wrong.
Save yourself. This is heartbreaking.

Just stay away from it. I mean stay way from any property managed by fairfield. You will regret every aspect of it. The service, fines, lease terms, lawyer fees, security deposit. I went through a lot of pain with this management and I wish nobody should fall prey to these crooks who want to take a big chunk your hard earned money.simply disgusting management driven by enormous greed.

Run! Roach infested disgusting apartments. Fees for everything. Raising rent whenever they want. Do not move here its not worth it. Disgusting human beings kicking a young family out on the street. Horendous.

Horrible company! Horrible customer service. Incompetent maintenance. Had no hot water in the kitchen for first 5 days as a resident - but had hot water in the toilet (true story). Living room windows leaked when it rained. Had no heat numerous times. Property manager David Ford is incredibly rude. Shows no regard for anyone. If I could give no stars, I would.
