I love this place. Costumer service is great and the staff is friendly. If your in need of a locksmith, this is definitely the place to go.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced but the employee I dealt with was not friendly. There are signs everywhere saying $20 minimum for credit card, and yet his first and only words to me were "It's $20 for credit cards. " No eye contact and not even a hello when I entered. I prefer to go to these locally owned places rather than Home Depot or Lowe's, but I won't be back here.

Advantages: 1. Easy to get to and close to nearby residences
2. The owner is nice

Disadvantages: 1. Not being punctual
2. They say it's cheap, but in my opinion, it's expensive (approximately $3.50 per key).
3. It seems like he goes on business trips often. (uncertain)

Pros: The store is near for residents and easy to find. The owner seems to be kind and gentle.

Cons: The time mentioned in reviews or google time is useless and kinda never saw the store opened on time and opened consistently. My super told me it is kinda cheap, but what I think it's expensive (3.5 bucks). Seems the worker goes away often, so the store is closed often (not sure whether he goes out for work or not).

Ray was super nice. They scheduled an initial appointment with me to come see my door / lock and then Ray took what he needed, quickly went and did what he needed to and was really back in no time. I already shared this place with my neighbor who asked for his information after he left. Great customer care!
