Disappointed with the customer service here. I asked Anthony about the Riojas ans he was extremely condescending and expected me to know where to look for the wines; i don’t understand why is so difficult to just directme without the sass.

The variety of "spirits" to choose from was a ️️️️️. The issue was the long wait to be serviced. Im a patient person. Im courteous and respectful. The service was below average. Once I was finally acknowledged we discussed the wine selections (3 to be exact). When it was time to ring up my order the "temperature" changed. I felt like I was in a 1950s bad movie. I was trying my best not to feel like the store used ID to racially profile a customer. Made no sense to me. The 3 customers before me were not asked for their ID. The 2 customers behind me were not asked for theirs either (I stayed there to watch). After i watched, I asked why they (the cashier and manager) didn't ID the other 5 customers. He said because I looked young. I didnt want to push the issue. Im a female. I was alone. I was in a neighborhood that wasn't mine. The way I was profiled was something I wasnt prepared for so i just walked out. My thing is ask everyone for ID not just black customers.

Great customer service. Requested a case of a particular wine. They were readily able to oblige.

A very well stocked and excellent staffed wine store. Always a pleasant experience.
