Falkirk Estate & Country Club, Central Valley NY

Beautiful venue for a wonderful wedding my brother and now sis in law are now newly weds early December wedding. Very nice hall for weddings just felt some of staff could have been a little more discreet when pretending to help guests or answer questions for them. Bartender joe is the man! Going to attend another wedding in march here so I’m looking forward to hopefully enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery that falkirk has to offer.

Fairways a little unkempt but green's are in good shape and tough alot of break and very scenic

Not worthy for the trip. We played just past weekend for 2 groups of 4some. A few years back we played here for the 1st time, and thought we want to try again. Socked to me and my friends the conditions of the course, hardly you will find a nice fairways with green grass. Most of the fairways are dried grass and its easy to tell, they don’t maintain the GC. So if you’re planing to play here, get ready to play from dead grass and some of the green really difficult to see.

The most beautiful place ever! I hope one day to have my wedding here in the fall. The landscape was beautiful, food was great!

We played on 7/9/22; the layout of the course is great! Shots require strategy and there are many up hill lies that make it play longer than the card reads. There were 3 young men (maybe 20) running things - the pro shop as well as the bar… ON A SATURDAY! I will say they’re were absolutely delightful and helpful though. There was no merchandise in the pro shop. Getting drinks took a while. On #8 we ordered hot dogs from the cart girl. One hour later she arrived with cold hot dogs in stale buns. Despite having given her a $4 tip in advance, she offered no gesture of compensation (maybe a free beer?) - only the excuse that she doesn’t know the course. For $70, I expected better conditions (weeds in sand traps), merchandise in the pro shop and a cart girl who knows the course. Don’t think this will be on the schedule next year when we return.

But with a very bad mood. Same with the chef very rude was well, Need to use the kitchen to bring your equipment in and out.

Attended a wedding reception here and the location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the food and the service and staff were really REALLY attentive. If I golfed, I would probably consider joining.

I had the privilege to film a wedding there last friday. The staff was wonderful and the maitre d was super accommodating and on point. Also the hotdog cart was 10/10. Thank you for having me.

Falkirk is the most magical venue for a wedding. Its rustic elegance and beauty is to die for everywhere you turn. They have beautiful grounds with great photo op locations and the ballroom is absolutely gorgeous. Our wedding was originally scheduled for October 2020, but when we reached out in spring of 2020 with Covid concerns they were so accommodating in pushing our date back to October 2021. It was the most magical day thanks to the impeccable work of the team at Falkirk. Our guests still rave about the attentive service and delicious food and drink. The day went so incredibly smoothly thanks to their hard work, we felt that we were genuinely able to enjoy every part of our wedding day. Adding an extra half hour to the cocktail hour was a big game changer with being able to have some time to decompress after pictures and then join our loved ones for the cocktail hour. They also have amazing recommendations for their featured vendors, they helped us pick a really amazing team. We had the wedding day of our dreams thanks to Falkirk!

GORGEOUS! We were here for a fire department event. Food was okay, dessert was delicious, coffee is amazing, and the staff was awesome!

My Daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect! The Food, oysters Rockefeller, Lamb Chops, were delicious. The Chef and the Kitchen staff Nailed every single item that came out of the Kitchen. Hot Lobster Bisque! The Service as good as the Food. Of course the Open bar was a Huge crowd pleaser. Five thumbs up from me

Beautiful! Food was Amazing and Staff was professional and so hospitable! A excellent experience!

We went for an afternoon of golf and did a short round. Though the course was a bit wet and soft in spots but we had a great time and are planning to head back again.

Attended a wedding reception this location. Very tasty chateaubriand served by an attentive staff. The grounds surrounding the location were attractive and well-maintained. Everyone present seemed to enjoy the affair and the location. All in all a nice venue for a function consisting of approximately 250 people.

My husband and I got married May 14th, 2021 at Falkirk and we would choose it as our venue a million times over! Planning a wedding during a pandemic is extremely stressful, but Karen was so easy to talk to talk and kept us both up to date on any state changes or mandates that the governor put in place. We live in Vermont and she made things so convenient when it came to paper work, food tasting, and decorating the venue before the wedding. She was the brains behind the operation and we can’t thank her enough. Michael is amazing, and truly a people person. He kept us well informed throughout the reception and was so easy to talk to. He constantly checked in to make sure everything was going alright and if we needed something he was right there! Michelle was my go-to the entire day. She made sure to follow me everywhere I went throughout the day helping me with my veil and dress and made sure we constantly had a drink! She made sure that I was comfortable and really was my right-hand woman during pictures and the day. She even chatted with my husband and I in the bridal suite just about miscellaneous things, which was a nice feeling. She never made me feel like I was just another bride or that we were just another wedding couple.
The food was BEYOND delicious! Every guest complimented the food and the service that was provided by the staff at Falkirk! Everything about Falkirk was a fairytale and its more than the venue that makes it feel that way. The staff becomes your friends throughout the whole entire planning process up until the actual day. Falkirk is AMAZING and five stars doesn’t do it justice. We will forever be grateful and appreciative to them for making our special day a day we will never forget including our guests!
