Fallsburg Bagels + Cafe, Brooklyn NY

Food is good but ordered food two different times for delivery and my order was completely wrong both times and they wouldn’t give me my money back. Not going back here

Very good food. The store was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The service was quick. Plenty of options, fresh food as well as prepackaged food. The pricing is good as well. The food purchased was very fresh. Good location as well.

Excellent Service and Delicious food. This place should be your go-to place whenever you want to send anyone a breakfast or a lunch. The food is beautifully presented and more than scrumptious! There was a misunderstanding on my order and the owner sent a new lunch free of charge! I highly recommend FALLSBURG BAGELS!

Although their bagels are fantastic, their service is a bit dissapointing. Wait time was about 4-5 minutes with only one person in front of me with 3 guys working the counter. When I was finally done, I had to wait 4-5 minutes for the cashier to come to the register so I can pay. (She was called from the back everytime a customer needed to pay). I understand that she perhaps was probably doing two jobs, but if called from the "back" she should have came right away. This was done with each customer needing to pay. In addition, no one wore masks!? Only one employee wore one and non of the customers wore any neither. I guess this is how they operate when the boss or manager is not there. What a shame what could be a higher end bagel store.

While the actual food is always pretty tasty, the service is consistently sub-par and the prices are too high.

My kid and I have the sweetest memories of Fallsburg bagels! Their food is fresh top notch. The workers r kind and professional! For years every erev pesach early morning id treat my kid out to a hearty breakfast and his favorite doughnuts! If I'm visiting bp theres gotta be a trip to Fallsburg Bagels!

Went Motzea Shabbos, they had a wonderful variety of hot dishes as well as nice array of fresh salads, Warning the smell of the fresh Bagels is very Addictive!

It’s a horrible place! I ordered a hot chocolate and they gave me cocoa. It is not the same thing. And I had asked the cashier in advance how they make their so called “Swiss hot chocolate “, they lied to the customers. I paid 7$ for milk and chocolate powder. It’s crazy! Would never come back! And I don’t recommend this horrible place to other people!

Went here in search of the best everything bagel. Definitely one of the better tasting bagels around. Fresh baked goods are plentiful. The donuts are just a tasty as the bagels

Bought food here and stuff were spoiled.
All had virus and throwing up after eating their food.

This restaurant is certainly one of the tastiest place to eat in the area. Anytime I come there I am exceedingly satisfied. They hold their very high standard service and the topmost level of food they offer. You will be always satisfied with this place. Highly recommended.

First stop after a long flight, we had Fast and friendly service amd the breakfast specials were perfect! Fresh, hot, and well-seasoned!

Just here for the 1st time and never coming back The guys who saved me where nasty And they charged me for Items that I didn't took

Kosher it may be, but that’s the only thing going for this place. Small bagels, unfriendly staff, especially the guy taking your order. He kind of throws your finished bagged bagel against the plastic window. Hard to explain that one.

Also did not have a listing of the spreads or toppings. When I asked he just pointed. Cashier (maybe the owner - who knows) was fun pleasant enough. Only saving grace.

I feel sorry for the people who have to go here because there isn’t another bagel place close by. I was in the area to get my car inspected.

I also don’t get the other ratings. Maybe it’s because it’s the only place they’ve been.

Seven dollars for ONE bagel! I mean, it was alright, but I can definitely get better in London for a fraction of the price. Went out of my way to get here for the early morning fresh bagels at 7am but was not blown away at all.
