Fallsburg Lumber, South Fallsburg NY

It's a great place and they have a ton of inventory. The guys behind the counter are knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. It's in stark contrast to this hideous lumber place I found in Monticello. That place was awful. The only reason why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because I never understand why lumber stores and plumbing stores don't use some kind of take it number system and instead just have chaos when people walk in the door trying to get service. It's an odd way to deal with customers but it's fairly prevalent in those 2 trades.

They delivered me the worst lumber I have ever seen and it is barely passable for lumber. Outrageous prices compared to other places. Been dealing with them for 10 years and it is the worst lumber I have ever received. The employees are arrogant especially the delivery driver that delivered to us.

Best Lumber Yard and Hardware store that actually has staff with common sense and knowledge of their products. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and the owners are there as part of daily operations.

Quick unload but small place to manoeuver into, very old building & unprofessional unloaders, screaming at one another, even dropped a pallet.

Very pleased. Excellent service. Good selection. Old time lumbar yard that still has bins full of different size screws, nails, etc that you weigh, buy by the pound and put in paper bags. Great staff

Fallsburg beats everyone else on price and delivers on quality-Don't waste your time with Home Depot or other local supply yards. I'm incredibly happy to have built my home using them with on time and consistent customer support. Remember to Always Shop local and know your businesses. Things went so well I Look forward to building another home with them!

Very busy place, go early or prepare to wait. Other than that they have everything you could ever need for construction etc.

This lumber yard suffers from disorganization and apathy. Some of the staff are friendly and helpful, while most are simply incapable of basic customer service. An occasional smile would be nice, but it's not forthcoming.

I constructed a new garage. Not only were the material prices better than a Big Box. The material quality was better and above all the service delivered was without equal.
