Family Dentistry of Lyons

I have been a patient with this office for a few years now. It hasn't been up until the last 5 months that I've had issues. Between no one answering their phone, no phone call back or someone answering and just hanging up. It's very unfortunate. My children and I enjoyed this office, looks like we will be going else where now.

The staff are very kind and friendly, are very helpful and accommodating, however the phone is almost never answered. At times I have called 6 times in a 2 hour time frame and no one answered or called back, or I have also called numerous times and left messages to receive a call back only to not get one and have to call myself several days later. If phone calls were answered and returned more regularly I would rate 5/5 stars, hopefully this can be resolved.

Dr Puddicombe was very nice and professional with my dental concerns, however his secretary was lacking in her skill set as a secretary.she claimed my medical ins was terminated (while on the phone with my medical ins provider) when they tried to correct her that I DID have in’s she insisted I did not. It’s sad that she’d not even entertain the thought that she was mistaken.

Best experience I've had at a dental appointment.
I haven't had great experiences in the past & going to the dentist for any reason gives me significant anxiety.
Dr. Puddicombe was extremely kind, & worked very quickly, I was shocked at how quick & painless the whole experience was.
The entire staff from the front to back are very nice & helpful!

My 3 year old son had his very first dentist visit last month & they were amazing with him.
Dr Puddicombe & staff are exceptional!

Very pleased with my recent visits and results from Family Dentistry of Lyons. Problems were detected from a routine cleaning and were addressed quickly. I thank Dr. Puddicombe for saving my bottom teeth! Seriously, thank you to all the staff. They are all great.
