Family Dollar, Syracuse NY

I go to Family Dollar specifically for my laundry soap, fabric softener, dryer sheets and cleaning supplies. If you use the app, there are always coupons and they are these items are already reasonably priced. I save so much money compares to other stores. I like their home items as well, I just don't buy them as often. Also, the food is cheap and there's a good selection.

Honestly no stars should be given. The woman working there. Was stocking shelves, and very pleasant to me. That was not the issue. The issue she was on her bluetooth holding a conversation, with someone that obviously was not store related. I have her name and will report to corporate. Very unprofessional and rude.

Kids working on their phone talking to whoever. Sitting down not even standing. Not polite. You can do better.

Cashiers on their cell phones while cashing u out and when they are not they are rude snotty or having inappropriate conversations and cussing with their fellow associates awful and appalling customer service! And when you’re walking in or out of the store you have to walk through clouds of disgusting cigarette smoke they smoke more than they work it seems!

I love it nice place there. Very clean there is nice people who work there. Also very convenient you can find a lot dollar food items they accept EBT if anyone needs to know. Happy shopping at family dollar

I will never shop at this store again bad customer service I had to call the main office on them cause how they treated me was very rude one of the cashier's called me a b***h which I felt was so wrong I had to walk out the store the employees smoke to much I always see them outside more than in the store it's sad I think they just need to shut the whole store down

The Family Dollar is a great store in Shop City Plaza just off of teal Avenue there's a lot of theft there though and certain tiles which makes it hard sometimes and things have to cost more because of the damn dirty thieves that go in there

This place has little employees and sometimes a long wait. There are times, plenty of them, to steal out of the store because employees are either outside smoking or way in the back of store. Occasionally rude. Also do not buy electronics from them, if there is a problem with it u are not able to return it. Smh

As one of the assistant manager (s) I think we do a pretty good job holding our store down! Good job team 4058!
