13I haven't been in family dollar for a while. I was happy to see they made some renovations. I found everything I was looking for.
Found what I was looking for; very busy store. Clean at times able to find what U was looking for. Customer service friendly with smile! Had an item that didn't come up with mark down price; management assistance mark down. Very helpful in customer service.
There is plenty of stock on the shelves and in the freezers and enough staff help on the day before Christmas.
Sales representative are not very knowledgeable about the products in addition to the fact that they're rude and doesn't seem to want to assist customers. Very unprofessional store.
Very nice place to shop for household goods or your entertainment center.employees are cordial and cooperative with the customers.pleasantries are exchanged at the checkout counter between employees and customers. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for cosmetic Goods, household goods, clothing, children's toys, greeting cards Etc. The staff seem to Not want to be bothered by customers and are very Disrespectful.they dont take complains too Sirius.and Alot of Old creeps hanging around the Area dont I know what they are looking for.and Alot of Sketchy Old ladies and kids, indirectly Manipulating of course. Whatch your kids.

Wish customer service was a bit better. But have seen some improvements. Great location for me. I can stop in for random needs for my home.
