Family Dollar, Bronx NY

Rude cashier's and manager also don't sale you an item if its on sale and you found it on the sales floor what type of store is it that don't sale the item they fail to pull Dollar General follow policies unlike this Family Dollar corporate need to give this location a visit and train workers.

It was alright. I thought it I was going to get more stuff for my dollar but it wasn't that. I still bought stuff but the line was so busy and tight. Friendly cashier woman though. Security found a guy robbing and took it out with a warning. I gave $1 to the guy who opened the door for me.

This specific location doesn’t have at least the bare minimum of “good customer service”, not even from the store manager! Just throw the whole store away please. Consider hiring people with more punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge of the company they’re working for or at least the actually store they’re working in. Service is absolutely poor and it’s sickening.

Has a decent selection of products. From good name brands. To "Don't You Worry" Brands. All reasonably priced. Only disappointing attribute is not week organized @ ALL. Messy, clumps of mismatched items. Definitely a good selection like I said. But finding things is another story. Plus employees don't know where ANYTHING IS.

I came in and found exactly what I needed. The staff can sometimes be rough but so is the neighborhood

The behavior of the employees in this store is so unprofessional. On 12/27/19 I was shopping in the store and witnessed the unprofessional behavior of the manager and one of the workers. He was cursing and using very foul language.

Have great pricing on items but the staff have a nasty attitude. Every time you walk into this location be prepared to be there for long time.

I visited this store in the afternoon on 11/21/19 and this 1 worker was VERY rude to me. He chased me through the store saying I took his cart (which had 1 box of toothpaste in it) But it was with all the other carts in the front of the store so it didn’t look like it belong to anyone. When he approached me he was very hostile, taking the cart from me and walking off and still talking in a bad manor as he walked away. This was my first time in this store and it will be my last. I got such a bad impression.

I go there all the time to get what I need with good prices.but they're always have clutter in each aisle anywhere u walk is a tight squeeze to get thru each aisle.the makeup, toys and socks area is always a mess. I don't even bother looking thru that mess at all.the lines is always unorganized and they always have one register open while the line gets bigger and bigger. I've stop going there for a few months now.didn't think all that BS was worth it for the stuff I buy at the store

I went to Family Dollar today around in the afternoon between 130 and 2pm and the line was so long and there was only one cashier. I saw a young man that obviously worked there, he had on the red family dollar uniform shirt, so I asked him if he was a cashier. He totally ignored me as if not even seeing or hearing me (which was very rude) he proceeded behind the counter after myself and other customers started to complain about the line and no extra help. I asked for a Manager and was told that the person I had the address previously was the Assistant Manager. He was a terrible example of what and how a Manager should interact with customer. I've lived in this neighborhood for over 70 years (just to get an idea of my age) and to be treated in such a manner is just appalling!

Staff is nice but some are Unprofessional,
Poorly managed
Dirty
Lines are super long after 11am
Just dysfunctional
Last time I went there it was closed and thank god because they need new management and staff and organization

I saw a Rat run underneath the shelf & into the Next aisle. This is the worst Family Dollar in the Bronx because the Items are always out of stock and the merchandise is unorganized!

They have good things there. However it's stick and it's dirty in there.but i love the products in there.
