Very good store to shop if you are on budget they have great prices on snacks & soft drinks I love their inventory

Great store for multiple reasons. Wide variety of products, and well stocked with the stuff I need every time I go there. I usually get detergent, snacks, water, and fabrics softener; although there is much muchhhh more for an affordable price. Also the staff is always friendly and professional each time I go there.

They don't have any bags, not even brown bags. The want you to buy garbage bags to carry you things in.

Inventory was low due to quarantine, but there was still a good selection of beverages and frozen food.

Today, July 30 at approximately 2: 30pm at the union turnpike location,
a young lady, probably in her early twenties was very rude to me. I haven't seen her before so she must be fairly new. I approached the register and she was on her phone. I stood and had to wait until she was ready to put her phone away to cash me up. Then, once she's finished ringing me up she rolls her eyes. Please train your stuff with customer service training. I was not treated well and did not appreciate the lack of service.

Workers will stand in the aisles watching the line grow and grow with only one cashier open without helping

I spoke to your manager the african american he wasn't happy to help nobody no personality wont be going there again.

We always go to this store for anything in the house, great prices and lots of selection. Don't know why other people are rating based on staff.it's a dollar store. You're not going for stellar service, find what you need and pay for it.

Staff was not friendly nor did they try to assist with finding items within the store that was in stock! I was able to find everything I needed without the help of the staff. They need to have just a little more knowledge of what's on the shelves or try to assist customers in finding what they need and be more friendly.

A little messy and difficult moving through the aisles but they have a good selection of products at this particular location.

The staff was on their phones most of the time and when going to check out the girl and man at the register barely spoke. Other than that they seemed to have everything I needed and the store was organized compared to most family dollars.

Good prices but staff is very unprofessional. Only one girl working behind the register with a huge line of over 10 people and some other worker who's not clocked in is behind the register too talking her ear off and trying to make her eat some of his pizza. Completely ridiculous. But the manager is really nice I met him on a different visit. He needs to hire a better staff.

Nice place to shop at. Most things are affordable. Most people are nice but some workers dont even offer to help you. You have to ask them.

They change staff all the time, today It was the worst experience, I don't think ill be going back, the store has very good deals, but when it comes to customer service it's very bad, I've never felt so bad as like the treatment I received today, i rather go to another store even if it's a little bit more expensive.

Good / great prices friendly staff that remember you
Under staffed@times and long lines, no problems otherwise.

Great service on that day however the store was a mess. I guess because of delivers, however the variety is good
