Family Fence - Long Island Fence Company

Was looking to get a small fence installed and also have some repairs to my existing fence. I received a call back and once I told them what I was looking for, I was told the job was too small and they wouldn’t make enough money. Definitely not the way to do business. Would not recommend

We are extremely happy with our new "Grand Illusions" wood-grain fence. We originally were told a super long wait for the fence based on the factory due to COVID. However, it came in faster than expected and we are very pleased. Pablo and his crew did fantastic work- clean, courteous, professional and made sure he did the job to our liking. I would highly recommend Family Fence to others! Also- thanks to Frank in the showroom for working a good price for us and getting us the fence sooner than expected!

Family Fence is a class act from start to finish. First contact was with Anthony to set up appointment for an estimate. Absolute gentleman and professional. He did the estimate and we decided to go with them based on that and the rave reviews on line. The installers were courteous and respectful of us and our property. We couldn't be more pleased. We now have beautifully fenced in backyard. We highly recommend them.

Family Fence is a terrific company. I had called another company before making a final decision. It was the best decision I made- hands down. Tom, their sales rep, was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. The office personnel, Frank and Anthony, were always courteous and efficient. Several days ago, the installers arrived and I must say that they were meticulous, well-organized and left the premises very clean. I love my new fence!

Family fence did a great job. Very professional staff and installers. Installers did just what I asked. Any issues they rang my bell to work anything out as far a layout before they proceeded. Cleaned up good after done. Had one small issue and they came next day to take care of it. Price was right too. Would recommend them to all.

I’ve used Family Fence over the past 15+ years at several residences. I am always pleased with their products and workers. They bend over to please and answer any questions I have. Recently I had PVC railings done on a house in Mastic Beach and truly believed it helped sell the house for me.

Best company that I’ve dealt with since I’ve moved to Nassau County. They gave me a great price, constructed a beautiful fence, and were a pleasure to deal with. Then a few months later, some punk decided to knock one of my fence sections down in the middle of the night. So I called Family Fence and they came back to repair it the next morning, free of charge. Overall great company, and If there were more than five stars, they’d get those also.

They kept all scheduled appointments and communicated when weather would be interfering with installation and then installed in a courteous and professional manner.

I called for a repair on a business fence and they managed to get to me quicker than planed. Showed up on time.
