This place is very quick only
good thing I can say. Other than that I’ve asked countless times for them to fax over my immunizations to my job they didn’t do it. I’ve asked countless times for immunizations that my job needed they kept giving me the run around. They half way filled out my physical. I’m over it & will be switching as soon as possible.

The doctors are good here however when you call 1 of the 8 receptionist that works there they will put you on hold for at least 20 mins.then hang up on you. Their customer service there is the worst. I watch them when I go in for my visits do this to people who call in, while they sit there and talk amongst each other They do it to me everytime I call:

Dr Weber I have been patient of hers for about 15 years she is the most caring professional Dr on Long Island I can not say enough good things about her God bless Dr Weber Benny

This place is NOT the same since Dr. Bennett left. I really miss him and I believe he should come back! Now I never get to see the new doctor because the “students” are doing her job and I feel that the doctor doesn’t care about me as a patient. I actually look at lab work myself and my medication needs to be adjusted and nobody even calls me. My mom was a patient there for many years and after she passed, Dr. Bennett suggested to become his patient and I did because he showed that he cared and took the time to explain and teach me things. I’m considering leaving.

All front desk people and doctors are amazing, I was sick the day of my visit and they took good care of my also by sending the right treatment for me, I definitely recommend this place for health care needs.

My first time walking for my Physical was about two months ago and front desk is very helpful and nice. Doctor was very attentive with my second follow up appt. Recommending to my family and friends to this practice.

Office is very bright and welcoming, front desk are very helpful, Dr. Weber is very attentive and caring for her patients. I try to recommend most of family and friends to this practice.

Really nice staff. The doctors actually listened to what you need. Same day appointment are always available.

If I could put 0 I would. I’ve been coming here for a while now only saw the doctor once you always get a PA besides no parking they are always late at least an hour sometimes 2 even 3 then when they finally see you the results are terrible they couldn’t even pull a tick out of my arm without squashing it! They’ve messed up my prescriptions lab tests referrals and this time I’m done not to mention it’s dirty

I just went back to the office after not being there for a couple of years, went back because my mother and sister mentioned Kevin Johnston was new and amazing. Went yesterday and he is honestly the best, I will continue to go back and see him. He is definitely going to change this office for the better.

The staff is caring and they take that extra mile to make sure it comfortable they go above and beyond.

Worst place, the way they handle their billing is incredible. I keep getting the work around on a billing error they created and their excuse is that they haven't gotten back to me because their billing is handled by a remote person and they don't handle that there. My father keeps getting bills yet no one is there to rectify! Very unprofessional staff!
