I have attended three retreats with Alaknanda and her team in the Poconos over the past four years. I became a vegetarian and have learned many tools on how to meditate / do yoga and raise my vibration. The vegetarian food Kate cooks for the retreats is spectacular! And when I leave after three days I feel so nourished.so feeling relaxed, happy and nourished is how you will feel if you go anywhere with family of light! I highly recommend them:)

I recently went on a spiritual retreat in Egypt with FoL. What a life-changing experience! While in Egypt everyone in our group made significant self discoveries using ancient energies, healing techniques, and guidance from the experts at FoL. A+

This place pushes the use of essential oils on pets. Essential oils are extremely dangerous to use around pets, especially cats. They will host "free" seminars and then pressure you to buy expensive packages in whatever they're selling that week. Anything but holistic, be wary of this owner and her practices.

We hosted a 'Night Market' during the holidays at Root Studios and brought in Family of Light Holistic Center as one of our interactive partners last month. Kate and the on-site team/owners were amazing at the event and extremely professional. They were both informative and charismatic, which are key traits you'd want from a partner, especially during a heavily trafficked event!

We received great feedback from the attendees, as everyone loved getting their aura and energy read. One of the best takeaways from the reading also includes a cute polaroid! Following up on the event, 2 weeks later, each participant was sent a personalized and extensive chakra report which was really great to refer back to. We would 100% partner up with Family of Light Holistic Center again for another event/gathering!

I worked with Family of Light for a corporate networking reception, and it was a huge success! Pre-event communications were prompt and responsive, and Kate was lovely to work with on-site. Our attendees were excited to participate in the experience, and it served as a great conversation topic. Kate's setup also brought a great energy to the event.
