Customer Service was Horrible from the Black Guy with the glasses. Me being Black myself I expected Better. Will never spend a Dime in this store.
The employee working at the time didn't greet us or try to help us until I went and found her. Then disappeared as soon as she answered my question.

I love Famous Footware for their great clearance section. For the past 13 years I've had a quality shoe wardrobe for extremely low prices.
The people in this store is not friendly. They helped other people more than me. I feel they did not want to help me is because I am a little over weight. I will never go back there and I do not recommend this place. They just ignored me.
They have a very large selection of shoes. Also I had no problem finding my size when I found the shoes I wanted also had amazing deal buy get one half off so I got friend a pair of shoes. Great prices and employees were very social and nice
Horrible customer service. Ordered a pair of sneakers in store (since their inventory is ALWAYS low) and was told they had what I needed. Two weeks later I hadn't even received a shipping confirmation so I start digging around. I'm on the website punching in order numbers and transactions numbers, nothing - keeps saying "not found". I search my email for famous footwear and in my promotions I have an email telling me that my order was canceled because they no longer have my shoes. REALLY? !? !? ! To top it off, I paid cash and they decided to cut me a check and mail it. Who knows when I'll be seeing that! No one could've called me or sent me a REAL email that wouldn't get sent to my promotions inbox to see how I wanted to handle it. Had a person called to tell me this info and apologize, I would've just ordered something else but now I will never attempt to do business with them again. What a joke.
