You have to come and say hi to those hard workers.
Must come here and buy something.
They carry most of brands and they get new styles too.
They have heelys shoes! Which I cannot find anywhere… it’s impossible magic.
Hope they carry their accessories too!

Hands down the best shopping experience in the city. We went multiple times. The service was top-notch. Even on the 26th and 27th of December, they were very well stocked. The store was very clean and they had alert security at the door.

Many brands and varieties of footwear, especially sneakers. There are some offers but not many. Top of the line footwear

Great place to find shoes and sneakers but have limited amount of stock but the service is great the people who work there really know their business very helpful and nice.

Great prices and stock. You can actually request a size and the staff will deliver in just a few minutes.

Was surprised by the different types of footwear available here. I thought it was only sneakers or running shoes but they have dress shoes and other casual shoes. The prices are also reasonable and they have tons of discounts.

Was looking for water shoes for my son and luckily I found them in his size. Also received a discount and paid half price. Staff were very nice and helpful

The service was incredible!

The staff there was very cordial and welcoming. They directed me to what I needed to purchase; On top of that I was given a discount for simply providing my email address. It felt like a dream, the way that I was treated like family from the time that I set foot into the store, to when I left with my purchase. I could go on about the incredible service, but we all have things to do. I’m definitely going back if I need anything else.

A cool, pleasant place with many customers and they serve you, very well in English, and Spanish, they are very friendly people and all brands of tennis and boots from children to adults I loved it a lot and super price and they also have discounts

I was able to get 2 pairs of shoes when I took my time. It’s not easy to find shoes for my small flat feet.

The price for the shoes are reasonable. I am happy the workers will take the elevator up with me. When it was Payless. I got stuck 3 times on the elevator.

Good range of shoes, but limited sizes. Service was slow, I asked the worker to find a size, and it took them about 5 minutes to figure out how to scan the shoe and find it on their iPad and took them about another 15 minutes to get back to me, only to show that the size wasn't available, on the iPad.need I up their service, but I did end up finding a size of another shoe myself. I would recommend just going to the foot locker a few shops down.

They have a variety of shoes and boots. I had return a pair of boots and they refunded my money. Good customer service.

I walked in the cashier helped me right away.
She gave me a clear understanding that if I could not find what I needed for exchange that she could order it and have me pick up later.
I went upstairs my daughter's foot its hard to find really good fits. They had a ton of choices and the customer service rep upstairs was genuinely helpful. I needed to keep asking for support she was great the whole time. Kudos to Famous footwear for excellent service.
Also a helpful tidbit must have box to return shoes for full refund or they will only give store credit that is their policy so I wanted to share that with the public so you will know.

Went to buy my husband boots I didn’t see the boot nor the size he needed after finding them and a worker was very helpful he checked downstairs because online it stated they had them in store found them and I was able to be on my way. Very clean organized and nice store with helpful and kind workers.
