Such a great place! I dropped off 2 comforters and a bunch of sheets to be washed. They were folded up and put in nice bags when I picked them up. Such great service from this staff! Thank you!

I brought a rug to be cleaned and called prior to bringing it and was given one price, and when I got there, it was over. 50 more a square foot. ThTs a much higher price, and I can not pick it up for 6 weeks.

Brought my ski jacket that got grease on it to another local establishment with poor results. Then brought it over to Harris and was surprised by the excellent results. Staff was extremely helpful.

I brought my wedding dress to them to be cleaned after my wedding. I picked It up and was informed that they completely broke the jeweled belt piece that was sewn on my dress. The owner was NOT helpful at all and pointed to a sign that said “we are not responsible for belts” and said shes not doing anything to help and expected full payment. I was honestly in shock.if you are an establishment that takes such important items such as there wedding dress- you should make sure when you mess it up you fix it! When I said “you broke my wedding dress” completely upset, she responded with ”your dress isn’t broken“. As you can see- they sent my dress back to me with a safety pin holding it together.no compassion. Would NOT RECCOMEND BRINGING YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE! Brides beware.

I’m a local welder/Fabricator in Solvay, and I go through a lot of PPE if I don’t use heavy starch because welding sparks will slowly burn holes through the clothing, I hate starching my clothes because it is a very messy, very time consuming process, I told them over the phone and in person what I wanted, heavy starch, enough to where it’s as stiff as a board, they said they could do it, however when I returned to pick up the clothes, they were soo flimsy you’d think they weren’t even starched, they said they completed it to the best of their ability and refused a refund, which as a welder/fabricator I understand that sometimes things don’t go as plan, however if I screw up I offer at worst a partial refund which they would not do, and in most cases a full refund, as a small business you should be focused on providing the best service as you can for a reasonable price however all I got was disappointment for a very steep price-tag and when the quality wasn’t even close to my standard I wasn’t refunded so I am currently trying to dispute the charges, very disappointed and if I need anything work/not work related again I won’t be using them because of this.
