Jamie was very knowledgable and a lovely gentleman…a very good tour guide…. The rest of the team Nava and Jerome helped us out a lot and accommodated our needs

We booked for a tour here on Christmas Day. We got to the store and were greeted by a nonchalant worker who acted surprised to see us and said he wasn’t expecting anyone for the tour. We had already booked and received several emails from Fancy Apple, he should have seen that we were in the system. He then proceeded to tell us the tour had been cancelled but the way he said it it seemed like an on-the-spot decision. We asked why we hadn’t been informed prior to coming that it was cancelled. He couldn’t give us a good reason. He said the tour was cancelled the previous day due to weather and was cancelled today too. We noted the weather was sunny and good conditions today. It seemed like he just couldn’t be bothered to do the tour. We were offered to rebook for another day but how could we know they wouldn’t just spontaneously cancel again? It was a massive waste of time and on a special day like Christmas it was a real shame.

Bill did a wonderful job taking us around Central Park in the cold rain. We were nice and cozy in a blanket and he gave us an umbrella as we stopped for many photo ops. Highly recommend!

We went on a Friday morning with a very light rain and grey skies. It was beautiful. Our guide, Manny, knew so much about the park and was so passionate about it. He made sure we were safe and had a good time. Would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely amazing experience! With Manny as our tour guid we were able to see all the Central Park highlights at a relaxing pace with loads of information and fun facts! Definitely recommend
