Farebuzz agents send you in circles, gaslight, pass on the responsibility, are misleading and at times untruthful. My flights got canceled/changed and Farebuzz downgraded my seats, even my paid upgrades were not honored with the flight changes. The specific airlines I was flying on couldn't help and said it was up to the "booking" agency to make the corrections. I spent weeks working with Farebuzz and their postponement of confirming seats and pattern of behavior was overall unethical. Blocking my email address and disconnecting my phone calls. They didn't honor their own policies and promises that their own agents agreed too. Very disappointed. Do not use this booking agency.

You can't navigate around their website. You have to login as an agent but then it says you didn't. Worst vendor ever.

Horrible service. We worked with Fred Rahman and gave him our needs early on back in November of 2021. Our goal was to take 27 students out to California. He put us $8,800 over budget which we had to front ourselves. He messed up on all our flights (booked the wrong times AM instead of PM), messed up on our three 15 passenger vans (ordered us three 12 passenger vans instead), and didn't cover our breakfasts with our hotel which cost us additional out of pocket during our trip. We were assured everything would work out. It wasn't until about 1 week before our trip in February that we started finding all of the mistakes. While in California we ran into check-in issues as well as one of the company cards was declined. That delayed our check-in and caused additional problems.

This company is poor in communication, poor in customer service, and horrible in general. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT work with Fare Buzz. Ever.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Fred was a nightmare.
He didn't stick to the location, the budget, or really anything I told him.

He booked the wrong size vans.
Then had ME book them. Which is fine in the end because I save $1000.

Currently half my travelers are without breakfast and we are thousands over budget.

STAY CLEAR of this agency.

I went through another agent who booked my flights through Fare Buzz. Long story short, I purchased insurance in case Europe was closed due to COVID so I can get my money refunded. United was the airline that they went through for the flight. United refunded Fare Buzz the money back on 8/17 but Fare Buzz keeps putting off refunding me my money. I wont go through my travel agent again because of Fare Buzz's mistake and would never advise anyone to go through them. My lawyers are looking into why they were funded the money from the airline but did not credit me back the money as this is down right criminal.

Fare Buzz is really a great company who targets the customer satisfaction and never let them down. Now during the pandemic I am even more impressed with their team’s dedication and professionalism. They go out of their way to get refunds to clients and make sure they are content.

Her name is Alice, and she was wonderful during the entire process, she went above and beyond to help me. I will forever be grateful for her patience, her kindness and just for being a great person.
