Great atmosphere, cool vibe, exceptional food, drinks and service at a reasonable price point. Could not have been happier with our experience, a real gem!

Can’t say enough about how cool this place is from A to Z! Enjoyed oysters served with a “medicine bottle” of raspberry mignonette on a bed of pebbles. All of our guests raved about their meals. Even the check came in a little glass vase. Customer service was exceptional. Truly impressive dining experience.

INCREDIBLE! We got lucky enough to sit at the chefs table and it was awesome to watch our food being prepared. The cocktails are delicious and unique, the service was friendly and attentive, and the food was out of this world. This experience made me a repeat customer for life! 10/10 would recommend!

I really, really wanted to enjoy this place. We were visiting the Lake George area for the weekend and the reviews for Farmacy were amazing, but, sadly, our experience wasn’t!
SEATING: I made a reservation for a party of 3 SEVERAL DAYS IN ADVANCE, and once we arrived, we were sat at the high table w/bar stools. One of my guests has back problems and so we requested just a regular table instead. We were told that we should have requested a regular table in advance when we made the reservations and that if we sat anywhere else we could only stay a very limited amount of time. What? ! This was our first time there. There were no specific directions on the website to specify your desired seating heights. So, how were we supposed to know this? What restaurant of this size only has one location to seat a party of 3? Needless to say, our meal felt rushed.
FOOD/DRINK: My guest ordered an old fashion. His drink was overly sweet and lacked the Luxardo cherry. The Luxardo is a staple for an old fashion! Nonetheless, we thought maybe the bartender ran out or simply forgot, but then noticed not only were neighboring tables w/old fashions lacking it, but soon thereafter, my whiskey sour arrived w/one! For appetizers, we enjoyed the sourdough bread and the shishito peppers. One of my guests enjoyed the hanger steak. My other guest and I got the hamburger. It was awful! We asked for medium, it was burnt and the buns were hard as a rock! The best thing we ALL enjoyed was the DONUT w/cinnamon ice cream and topped w/crispy bacon. Truly a winner!
SERVER: The other winner is Heather. A gem! Hold on to her as long as you can. Loved her.

Not one to leave a review generally, but the crew at Farmacy took such good care of my wife and I for our anniversary on Tuesday night that it would be a disservice not to leave a review.

We came in on a recommendation from colleagues and it blew away expectations.the food was incredible, but the service was above and beyond. We have never been treated so well while out to dinner.it felt like a special night and we'll be back for sure.

The food at the restaurant was truly exceptional! From the rich flavors to the impeccable presentation, every dish was a delightful culinary experience. I highly recommend trying their menu if you're looking for an unforgettable dining adventure.

I don't know, this restaurant stood out to me but not in the good way. My first thought was these are the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in - the back pinches, so I couldn't sit all the way back or relax - and the lighting was extremely dim so the menu took a bit of effort to see. The waitress checked up on us every 5 minutes, constantly interrupting our conversation (quite literally nearly a dozen times). Sometimes to ask if we were finished with a totally empty plate at the edge of the table - why are you interrupting me for this? Why am I being asked three times in a row if I like the food? My view was of the constantly open bathroom, because the door doesn't self-close and almost nobody using it bothered to close the door themselves. I didn't feel like I'd enjoy any of the mocktails so asked for a lemonade - was offered the mocktails again and declined - and then was given a glass of water that tasted vaguely of lemon. I forgot to check what I paid on that but I'd probably be annoyed to see whatever it was, so it's probably better that I didn't. Then the dessert menu had some cute lines about tips for the kitchen staff but then it got into college boy territory with the "size matters" line.alright. Off putting.

I just did not enjoy my time here. Some of the food was good. Some of it had a flavor profile I didn't enjoy. The overall approach was awful.

EDIT: A month later, I started receiving marketing emails from them after they took my information from Square's receipt feature (square is a payment processor). Definitely do not like. I'm not even local, so they've only reminded me of their existence negatively for nothing.

Delicious food! My wife and I shared 4 medium plates and there was more than enough for the both of us. All of the food was so good, I think the winner was the pork shoulder with the polenta. All of it was very fresh. Service was super friendly and Heather clearly knew the menu inside and out and was able suggest things to our liking. Cocktails as well were crisp and clean, delicious flavors and very creative! Would definitely stop in again!

I love it here. Everything from the food to the cocktails to the atmosphere. Farmacy has my favorite cocktail list around - so creative and well done. I've never had a cocktail I didn't like here, and find it so fun to pick random ones and see what appears in front of me. I am thankful that the menu invites vegetarians to the table and changes with the seasons. The house sourdough bread and the blistered shishito peppers are always a must for me, and then from there it's great to see what seasonal veggie dishes are on the menu. Dessert is also a must try here; "the upside down pineapple-ish" is probably one of the most nuanced dessert dishes I've ever had. Service is always warm and prompt, and being able to see everything happening in the open kitchen is the cherry on top of a wonderful dining experience.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Glens Falls, the staff are friendly, kind and attentive, the cocktails are delicious and the food is unique and always tasty! Definitely recommend!

As this is priced as a top notch restaurant the benchmark is set appropriately. Enjoyed the atmosphere which is non-stuffy, fun and relaxed. The room’s original decoration has been well preserved; the kitchen is open and the room spacious.
Food was mixed. Salads good with a good leaf selection; hangar steak good as the quality of meat was excellent but the linguine was swimming in a cream sauce that overwhelmed the dish.
Wine selection by the glass was also pleasing. Service was OK but a little inattentive at times.
The house bread is recommended and is made on site.
Overall we would go again and recommend it to visitors.

So first time going to this awesome restaurant and I was not disappointed. I had a cheese plate appetizer which was so good and their sourdough homemade bread and the butter amazing. For dinner I had the hanger steak with potatoes and sauce and the steak was pretty large and for dessert this chocolate cake and ice cream with basil oil. I am always looking for new chefs that will cook outside the box and these chefs at farmacy are using fresh ingredients and local farms for their food. The restaurant and bathrooms very clean and inviting. The atmosphere was inviting. They have booths with the table that have pillows and they also use different old chinaware for their plating.
