Farmers Pizza, Queens NY

I placed an order at 4 o’clock and an hour later at five they cancelled my order. It took them one hour to realize they couldn’t fulfill my order? Bad management, will never order from them again I don’t care if the food is good or not, courtesy goes a long way

You will think that when you order online that everything will run smoothly.not here you have to wait pass your time and they are rude!

It's better to pick up your food in person.they seem to do exactly what's asked when infront of you. However there ordering online is a problem.last time they sent me the wrong stuff i had to wait another hr for the driver to come back i sent both pies back and was told i would receive a partial refund and I didn't.each time I order i put specific instructions which they never follow. I'm waiting almost 2 hrs for a delivery I'm literally 25 mins away ridiculous. I have been going to them many yrs they are slacking big time.

New Pizza place. I must say it tasted really fresh and the ingredients used were very tasty. Definitely can taste the difference in the cook and the cheese used as well. Really good job. Keep it up

Order from this place regularly. Good price for good food. Delivery driver is also such a cool guy. Havent done me wrong yet and ive eaten from this place for about a year - take my word for it. Highly recommend, especially their hot heros.

Food is great as usual but as of the last few weeks service is HORRIBLE! Restaurant staff is rude on the phone-drivers are rude upon delivery. Have been ordering for years. My manager, myself, co-workers are usually happy. We work at a hotel and we are always promoting this restaurant to the guests. The guests like the food but lately have been complaining about the service. When we order staff lunch they used to always bring it to the Front Desk with no problem.now they want us to go outside. Since when? They even required a wheelchair bound guest to go outside and get his order from the driver.

I normally order all the time from this place. I placed my order at 7: 42 pm it’s now 9: 17pm I still haven’t received my order this is unbelievable never again will I order this is unacceptable

I read reviews and based on the reviews i thought I would give them a try. Well don't believe reviews highly disappointed.
Fries were not fresh or crispy baked clams were like can cat food in a shell rest of food was very oily. Disappointed

We’ve ordered from this place before and had no complaints. Today we were missing part of our order (bacon chicken ranch slice) and could not get in touch with the restaurant, as they had closed or the driver. The calzone was not a typical calzone and the chicken tasted like processed chicken. The chicken wings were also cold. It seems like they rushed our order because they were closing. This is not ok. We were very disappointed.

This is Deadass the Best Restaurant In Hollis/ Saint Albans For Pizza & Chicken or Pasta & Burgers. Great Sandwiches Too I like they Garlic Knots.

The counter man was nice, he spoke Spanish and when I told him what we wanted and were not sure of the coupon/special to choose he matched us to the perfect one. Large variety of food choices. I will add the posting pictures of my order (Hawaiin, pepperoni pizza, and spicy chicken wing). I hope is as good as Dominos or even better

Update: the wings were really good and the pizza was delicious as well. We will be going there for more. Our family liked the pepperoni the most

The food is GROSS. Nothing is fresh made to order. It's all frozen, pre-packaged bull. $5 for Calamari, I wonder why? You definitely get what you pay for but when even the dog wont eat anything you know there's a problem. The chicken marsala tasted old and slimy, the calamari was old and frozen, the penne a la vodka was microwaved, even the cheese on a simple pizza tasted artificial. Just very gross.

Bad customer service they had me waiting for 30 minutes straight and when I called in another phone they answer, customer are very bad

I ordered a pie for delivery. I live a block away. I waited and waited. I decided to go to the pizzeria to see what's taking so long. When I arrived I see two guys fighting about who's going to deliver the pizza. One guy literally threw the pizza (in the box) back at the guy behind the counter. I went back home and called them about my pizza. Of course they lied and said it's out for delivery. I told them I didn't want the pizza and they refused to give me back my payment. That's was the last time I went and I promised I will NEVER go back. I've been keeping my promise for over three years. My son went there a couple times and was adamant about ignoring my concerns, unfortunately he experienced their unprofessional manners and he has since joined my personal boycott of this sorry excuse for a pizza shop and managers. Patron this establishment at your own risk.

Raised prices on a grilled chicken avocado sandwich which is understandable, but what isn’t right is making it a smaller sandwhich. Stop robbing your customers! Visibly smaller bread being used and less being put into the sandwhich, be aware.
