Farmland Animal Park, Chemung NY

I love love love this place. We had such a great time with the grand babies 1-1/2 and 3 years old. And the kids did too. The owners were great people and put alot into this park to give families enjoyment. Will return again and again. I recommend this for any family looking for some safe outdoor fun.

Visited the Park for the first time last Saturday, and even though not everything was available yet, we loved it, and had a absolute wonderful time. Our grandson had a blast. Just a beautiful place to take a walk, surrounded by all the animals. Cant wait to come back to also enjoy the pond, and wagon rides.

Great place for the family to enjoy.took my granddaughter 2xs we had lots of fun very spacious.very peaceful environment.the owner is great.we will be going back again in up coming months.thank you.

My boyfriend and I came here for a date today and had an awesome time just walking around, feeding and petting the animals. It's $10 (cash only) for a large bag of feed. We ended up getting two, and most of it went to the goats, lol. We didn't get to see the cows or the rest of the horses before my SO got tired but we want to come back!

The animals are well socialized-even the ones that weren't liking getting pet were still gun-ho about being hand fed. All of the animals were very gentle, there were no nips or rough housing.

Also, there was this beautiful blue cat who was super sweet and friendly. He/she often walked a few feet ahead of us and we joked that he/she was our tour guide.

Very reasonably priced and well maintained. I had a lot of fun and want to come back, especially to check out the zip line and horseback riding.

I loved taking my grandkids here, even donated when they were flooded. BUT the “in your face” political signs are not welcome and should not be a part of this lovely place. Shame on them, I and others I know will no longer support this business.

This is a fun, family oriented place! It's laid back and peaceful. The animals are so much fun and the $10 feed back is well worth it. An overall great time!

We took my daughter here for her 4th birthday she had a blast except at first when we bought corn and got attacked by all the goats that want to be hand fed but they calmed down after a few. We tryed to have a picnic but got bombarded by bees but other than that we had a blast. The owner is very friendly and I even met my new bbf Ricky the

Farmland Animal Park is a wonderful experience for a nominal fee that includes self-guided tour at your own leisure, wagon rides, use of zipline and paddle boats. Pony rides and feed bags are additional. The owner is personal, professional and readily available to answer questions and provide instruction. (His German Shepherd sticks close to assist too.) Bathrooms, picnic tables, and ride-on mechanical toys are just past the well marked entrance. Many cats, goats, fowl, and other small livestock wander the grounds and follow visitors. It's a hands-on memory making trip averaging two to three hours that the whole family can enjoy. The park boasts a beautiful countryside landscape for a variety of farm animals and extended species. It offers a pond for ducks and geese to cohabitate, large fenced-in sections for larger breeds, gravel trails and pathways, sturdy shelters, wooden arc, observation deck and tower. The animals appear to enjoy free reign and visitors, as well as the space and care provided.

If your kids love animals this place is the best! They have goats and chickens running around free that will walk right up to you to be pet and fed from your hands. There are horse rides, tractor rides, a zip line, boats for the pond, turkeys, pigs, sheep, kitties, a llama and 2 emu too! My boys absolutely LOVE this place. I live in Ithaca, but the 45 minute drive to Chemung is definitely worth it. You can easily spend the whole day here.

Great little petting zoo. Staff is friendly and they are always improving the property. Animals are well cared for. They look and act healthy.

Always a great time! The pond was completed this time we visited and the paddle boat and row boat added even more fun! You can never beat the hospitality from the owners

We took my family there for my daughter's 11th birthday, when left to wander things were wonderful however the owner was absolutely rude and offensive. He is ignorant and pokes fun at children with special needs, we had my autistic 14 year old with us. He said directly that my son is autistic due to vaccines at birth and warned me against having future children "you dont know what the next one would be born with", needless to say we won't be return customers.

Very nice farm. The owner and stuff are very friendly. You can also ride a pedal boat or boat. They have a zipline. Our kids were happy

I've visited Farmland numerous times. We always love seeing the animals and its peaceful. Well this time my fiances daughter wanted to ride the horse so we paid the $5. She got on the horse and my fiance started pulling her around and I asked him to stop a second to capture a photo. Well the owner started yelling "What are you doing, pull the horse! " Luckily I got the photo but as soon as my fiance started pulling the horse the owner yelled "walk faster"! Needless to say she was on the horse about a minute not long enough to enjoy the ride. No one was in line waiting, I seen no reason to be rushed, just very disappointing visit!

This place has so much to offer for the price of admission! The animals look like they are well taken care of! You get to interact for the animals, you have access to the zip line and the paddle and peddle boats and the wagon ride! The staff is friendly. This is a great thing to do with the family when in the Finger Lakes area!

We had a wonderful time today. My son is 2 he loved feeding all the animals. And going on the wagon ride and sitting on the tractor. Great place for families and kids

Very friendly staff. The owner works on the premises. Definitely do the wagon ride. Plenty of parking available. Several horses, goats, emus, chickens, kittens, at least one bunny, and others. Great for the whole family. He's got paddleboats and a small lake to navigate around. Our kid ran around a lot and wanted to pet anything and everything (so did we).

If you do not like farm environment do not visit. Animals were cared for, there are flies, that is to be expected around farm animals. A rustic experience.

It was nice my boy who is 3 had a good time I was expecting more of a variety lots of goats and horses bring bug spray.it was a good day
