I when to get my nails done and the second lady to the left cut me 5 time different nail and nails doesn't match couldn't do the color good too rude walk away from customers and charger me 38 dollar for making it bad it ugly from distance the worst service I ever had.

I have been going here for over 6 years. I have gotten tips, gel and everything under the sun and if its quality that your looking for This ain't it chief. Honestly the only thing that has me coming back is Peter. I haven't found anyone that can give a pedi like him. He is amazing! He scrubs, clean and gets in them cuticles. He can be a lil rough but all you got to do is tell him. I always bring my own polish and have never been let down.

Never go there when they are busy. They will rush and do a poor job. All they see is dollar signs.

They used an old lumpy nail polish brush. Before I even left I had to go back and get it fixed. A week later the top coat started peeling off and this is powder gel. Horrible just simply horrible.

Went there yesterday for coffin shaped acrylic nails was told that it would be 35 dollars without gel polish and 45 dollars with gel I repeatedly told the worker there I didn’t want gel not only did she do a terrible job she also charged me for gel when I repeatedly said no DONT COME HERE

When they first opened up they were great, but they fall off badly. Michael who does feet harass his customers & make fun of them! He’s very rude & they like to talk junk about their customers! The wait time is also ridiculous 3-4 hours! It’s very organized

I love them 30 dólars for pedicure gel plus clean is super económic because I use to pay double in other places

I went for a fill in with gel and I noticed the bottle he was painting my nails with wasn’t white like it normally looked so I thought it was a different brand gel. I knew for sure he had to have picked up the regular bottle when my nail
Kept smearing and not drying with the uv light. I kept showing him and telling him I think he took up the wrong bottle and he didn’t acknowledge or respond to me. But he kept taking a clear top coat to paint over it. Him and colleague tried to imply I’m not putting my hand in the light properly and one of my nails he filed the polish off to repaint it properly. He was so rough he ended up giving me a small cut at the top of my nail bed. He only applied cuticle oil and lotion on one of my hand and got up and said finish. By the time I came home my nail on my thumb has been smeared and jacked up. And that happened while I was sleeping. Such a disservice and I am very unhappy.

RUDE RUDE RUDE.they use old polish and just plaster it all over your nails. They rather watch their iPhones than pay attention to what their doing to you and rather not give you your undivided attention and services you’re paying for I literally hope this place closes down! Pretend not to know English unless they want to say a smart remark to you ZERO STARS

I love how they do my eyebrows and i give the eyelash extensions a 7.5 out 10.however for my mom, she hates this place. She says that they rush with her nails and they don’t like when their work is being criticized

Very bad service that lady Amy it’s so disrespectful and rude and cannot take simple criticism. I do not recommend anyone going to this place it is so unprofessional and disgusting I even saw a rat run across the back and I told them about it and they ignored me.

The lady in the pink shirt right next to the desk messed up my nail. Also she wasn’t paying customers no mind talking on the phone. She took her time but messed up!

The staff are extremely rude and disrespectful. When they first opened in the neighborhood, they were much nicer and respectful. They had FULL staff so the waiting was minimal. NOW 2 nail technicians (if that's what you want to call them), and the wait is ALWAYS over 1 hour!

Please be careful where you spend your money.especially if it is from a community that constantly disrespects you and provides terrible service. They are a little too comfortable with thinking they are the only nail salon in the area. I'm never going back. While I was waiting, the nail tech got my attention by yelling "girl! " to let me know she was ready for me. I went for nails and pedicure, nothing fancy. I asked the lady to shave down my nail and she snatched my other hand without listening to what I asked. I asked again and she said "I know! " And starts speaking in her language. When she finally got around to my request, she took the glue out (for what) and I had to ask a third time. Then she asked if I want gel. I said no and had my nail color picked already. When she was ready to paint my nails she starts reaching for gel colors after I said no. 43 dollars later (no receipt) here I am, nails are okay. Black owned salons are on the rise, so I will be definitely patronizing them from now on.
