Some girls are very polite and some rush that I literally have to make them stop relax and take a breath. I don't like rush rush. I literally nicely and politely tell them. I want what I'm paying for. Please girls don't be afraid. I tip them nicely and expect the best. The owner could be nice sometimes and his attitude chances people away no smile very aggressive. But feel bad for the employees because they work hard they have14 employees and he's always behind the like a tick. He's only nice when he wants to be. I ike him though. Don't be afraid of him.

Very polite, nice and clean, did not have to wait, Vivian was very good, it was my first tim, e getting a pedicure, was impressed, will be going back next month.

I like how they do my nails, they have a few ladies who are better than others nail techs but you can’t make appointments with an specific person

I came here because my usual spot was closed and I was pleasantly surprised! I got a regular pedicure, callus remover and eyebrows waxed. Extremely happy with how everything turned out! I was there about midday on a Tuesday (so definitely off peak hours for them). I did not have to wait at all and never felt rushed. Prices were decent too. I definitely will be back!

I am surprised at these bad reviews. I was there twice (for pedicure only). The wait wasn't that bad, and I had two different girls, both did a very nice job and were very pleasant. Price was good too.

Terrible customer service! Polish does not last. I went in to get a pedicure white gel and with in an hour my polish was chipping! The manager is very nasty to the African American customers!

No wait time. You have to pay attention to every little thing, they keeping messing up and you can't just relax and enjoy. You're constantly telling them what to do. Definitely a language barrier too. It's work just to be there. I'm just saying

I really don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Yes there is often a wait but they do good work that’s why it’s busy. Also a lot of the tools are single use, and the pedi basins get a new plastic liner for every customer. It’s very clean and over the years I’ve been seen by every single nail tech and I’ve never been disappointed. Donna gives the best massage and Shelly is the queen of eyebrows.

I always have a wonderful experience. Michael always greets all his customers and checks on everyone.

I really don't suggest going here unless you like your gel manicures chipping 2-3 days after it's done.
This is about the 3rd time it's happen to me by different technicians so my lesson is learned and I'm finding a different place.
I literally got my nails done on Wed (which did come out nice) I went home afterwards, cooked dinner and saw one of my nails chipped within THE SAME DAY? So I went back and they fixed it for me and now.only 3 days later a different nail is chipped.

I went for A new full set, when I told here what I went she said 60 and she made for me a French when I was paying she charge me 80! 80 for a full set with French it’s f@8& insane even on other better places don’t charge you 80!

Its pretty good. Staff is friendly, they do a good job. Prices are higher than ever but that’s to be expected nowadays. They also have the best color selection I’ve ever seen with gel/powder nails. Wish it was a bit cleaner there also.
One staff member only, however, is so rude to me. Made fun of me once in front of everyone. Also was so rough with my nails-ripped all the skin off my cuticles- they were puffy and red for days. She only serviced me twice- both times very nasty. But everyone else, including the owner, is friendly.

Absolutely love my nails! I would give 5 stars, IF, they would let you book appts. My nail tech was so gentle and willing to do what I asked for. I love that they soak the SNS off, the PROPER way. A lot of good qualities in their workers but the policy about respecting my time, sucks. That being said, if you want to have a pleasant experience with this place, just go on their off-peak times. You won't regret it!

Today was by far the happiest I've walked out of there.nails look incredible and the massage was Incredible!

Clean, and sanitary. Everyone wears a mask, and dividers throughout. Great service, and plenty of chairs.

Prices are good here. Staff is nice. Got a manipedi here and left pretty happy. My nails didn't smudge or get ruined super quick.
