Wayne is the BEST - super professional and super quick. We needed to pick up our cat from JFK on a Saturday when all other customs brokers were closed or unresponsive. Wayne was super helpful and super quick and walked us through a very confusing system when nobody else would.

Wayne made sure that our cat could come home with us within an hour and a half where customs officers tried to convince us that we wouldn't be able to collect our cat for another three days (!). He provided all necessary forms, answered all our questions, and was very patient with us throughout.
