7Horrible service. Was hung up on twice. Third time I called the operator didn't even let me finish speaking and either placed me on hold or muted the call as I heard nothing and kept saying hello, hello. Um I was recording the call and the call timer kept going and going.
Unqualified and incompetent operators allowed the Russian meddling/takeover of American elections. Zero stars. Dishonor.
Leakier than the Titanic and about as stable as when it comes to leakings info to Politicians they agree with.
Needs to be reorganized.
Absolutely abysmal at counterintelligence. The FSB runs circles around the New York FBI. They frankly have no clue what they are doing. Total amateur hour.
