4Just horrible. They tried to deliver 2 times without calling me. At the end I have to go to PICKUP.
They delayed my delivery two times. Didn’t contact me and my package outside without my signature which was requested.
Horrible service! I purchase formula for my son. He ate up all formula that we have and I need the coming package seriously. I don’t know why the delivery guy never ring the bell or make a phone call. Even though you are at home, you cannot get the package delivered as well! When you tracking your package online, you will see the massage which said “Customer Not Available or Business Closed
Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day. ” I am available, but I am not able to stand at the door to wait for your coming.
They never call, they just don't ring, they don't ring, they don't call the cell phone, terrible attention 100pre, it's the same, every purchase I make and they send me by FedEx, it's a martyrdom, I have to be glued to the door waiting for their will. They have to say what time they are going to arrive so you can wait or Let someone receive it because the FedEx people who think that you don't work and are idle waiting for them to come and drop off the package at the time they give you once never delivered a package to me and according to them they left it on the street as rats.
