FedEx Home Delivery, Bohemia NY

Delivered my package to someone else. Impossible to speak to anyone. Filed a case online. Never heard a thing. Lost the money for the product.

Said package was delivered when we were home. No delivery. Called them and got nowhere. Horrible experience

4 times they've had a problem getting to and into my building on Main st. Then when they do, they leave packages outside, "this is a red zone" you NEVER leave packages outside of the building, and I'm not the only they've been doing this to either.ever since they've been subcontracting routes put to God knows who, they've been steadily going down hill.

They deliver up the block to 17 Foxhill ave almost everytime. I have a new construction so my house doesn't come up on Maps and when i call i can not get an actual person. Not helpful at all

Claimed my package delivered and it never showed up got told my FedEx on the phone basically go f yourself nothing we can do. Can't trust any delivery service anymore my packages either end up lost or delivered to the wrong address everytime.

I don't want to give any stars. I was told my package was delivered at 10AM and they never delivered my package and it's now missing. I called customer service and they were no help at all. Told me they are opening investigation and have to wait even longer to see where my package was left. UNREAL!

I worked here and I am surprised the lack of respect that u will get here from most employees and a few managers there!

My package was suppose to be delivered on Saturday tracking information said it couldn’t be delivered because of “inclement weather “ we’ve had sunny weather for the last few days. It’s been almost a week still hasn’t been delivered! They said it’s at this location. Keep going back in fourth with Fedex.

My packages were delivered to the wrong house. No local phone number. They are here every other day. Unbelievable.

O rating.worst service i have EVER experienced.yes we are in Covid times but every other package sent by UPS or USPS has arrived in a timely manner. FedEx has been delivering this package to me since Friday April 17th.it is now Tuesday April 21st and again they have rescheduled for tomorrow.the service representatives have no clue what is going on.

I love this FedEx location in Bohemia. It is Centrally located, clean, safe and easy to find.

My husband works here, and it is an ideal location for his job.

Claims they delivered a package that never was. Probably delivered to the wrong house & now someone else has my items or they lied. I lost out on packages & the company doesnt give a flying f.

Had 2 boxes delivered by Fedex within a week of each other and both boxes came ripped opened and destroyed. Obviously it wasn't shipped or picked up by Fedex like that. Fedex used to be the "elite" carrier but boy have things changed.
Now I cringe when I order something and find out its shipping by FedEx. Quality control is out the window these days with FedEx
