7Don't expect Fedex to print anything for you as a walk in customer. I even called ahead of time to ask how long the wait would be for a single 24x36" poster and the guy just kept repeating "4 hours" no matter the questions I asked. Rude. Fine. I went to Staples instead and they printed on the spot in 15 minutes for me no problems
Best Fed ex office in Midtown! Love dropping off here, the office is clean, the service is always fast and easy.
1 person working to finish a print job for 20 mins. If you thought you could ship something on your way, not here.
Great service! Pete, the assistant manager, was very helpful in finding the right paper for my printing needs. He was very polite and energetic, even nice enough to ask what I needed prints for. After learning it was for a design portfolio/job interview he offered some technical advice about glare on paper during interviews and recommended matte paper. Prints turned out great! Thanks Pete!
The bad attitude of the employees was astounding. Even when they messed up the print job. I’ll go elsewhere next time.
I went here to print my poster. And I absolutely loved the experience! My poster looked amazing! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I got my order in three hours after placing it. I will definitely come back and recommend others to use their printing services.
I visit this Fedex at least twice a week for the past 3 years. AND HONESTLY I had never experience a bad customer service from its employees. They are always willing to help and courteous. I totally recommend this Location to do your business.:)
