16The two girls working the morning shift around 8-9am are extremely rude and unpleasant. If you have a question or need assistance they shout at you from far beyond the counter and do everything to not help. They don’t even greet or have a pleasant attitude towards their customers.

I have been to this store several times because I work in the area and each time Ishan has always gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a smooth one. He’s displayed patience and thorough assistance which has helped each process tremendously. Thanks again Ishan.
It is the worst FedEx that I have visited. The manager - (Ryan) was too rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. I was surprised by the way he spoke to me. If someone has to send a package, try not to use this location. Terrible customer service for no reason
Usually the service in FedEx is not worth mentioning, but I have to say Laxan was a great help and for once I can say I had a great customer service experience. Keep it up FedEx and hire great people like Laxan
1/2 of the store staff is really great! For example, Ishan and Ashish are always pleasant and helpful. This particular review however is to reflect my view and experience as it relates to the store manager. He was there on Friday, August 5th (I forget his name but he used to be the manager at the Nostrand Ave store near Brooklyn Junction where he was just as abrasive and not always helpful.) He loves to give a hard time. He makes you feel like he is doing you a favor by being a customer. On Friday, he refused to scan a prepaid package and give a receipt at the counter. He told my assistant he would “not do it and in the future we must use the self service machine. ” I won’t use the self service machine until and unless my client can immediately track the package within the Fedex system (you can’t with the self serve until the driver scans the package at pickup.) At any rate my assistant had to walk to the Wall Street location where the staff member immediately scanned the package as requested and gave a receipt. My assistant told him what happened at 110 William St. NY, NY 10005. The staff member told my assistant that i told him what happened at the fedex and he told my assistant "you dont have to use the machine, we'll have to talk to someone about that. ” Ridiculous that he has to walk to another store, in the oppressive heat, for service he should have been able to obtain at the William St.store. The manager isn’t the only person at 110 William St who either won’t give a receipt at the counter or, if they do, they make you feel like you are bothering them. By the way, I have tried to explain why I need the package scanned at the counter but, no one seems interested.
I had a heavy package to return and was offered very little assistance and there was no scale on the floor. My return label from Wayfair gave the weight, but I still had to put the box on the scale. I threw my back out lifting the box to the counter. I am small and the box was 1/3 of my weight!
Mel and Ryan were fantastic - so great to work with them and made my day better to boot.:)
All the time that I come here I learn how rude a human being could be. They just teach me more and more every time. I am very impressed how disrespectful these workers can be, and for some reason specially the women there.
Except for guy that have been working there for a while, he is a little more polite.
Unprofessional workers. Filled the information incorrectly and didn’t enter the tracking number correctly. When I came back to solve the issues (because the package is delayed at customs) they were rude and told me to solve this issue by myself! Never ever using this service again!
Ishan was absolutely amazing - went out of his way to be incredibly helpful and make my shipment more efficient.
Mailing packages stresses me out a lot, I always feel like I’m doing it wrong and the two women working the front (last Friday 9/3) were so sweet and so helpful I only want to go to this location lol
I didn’t get their names but one of the women had short hair and I believe the other was training.

I have been here several times to print items recently. Every staff member is always so patient and friendly, and takes time to help me print every time.
Today I went to the store to make copies at six o'clock in the rain this afternoon. Ishan enthusiastically received me, printing and copying were done perfectly. I was very happy when I left. 110 William ST FedEx Office staff really help customers, thank them!
